Ordered nature republic aloe vera gel but recieved different brand(love jojo) Cant return it as it is mentioned already. Whose fault is this? If the product is out of stock then why do they send a wrong item?

👎👎Ordered for a Lenovo laptop on 12th October, delivery date was on 14th, but noon advised the item will be delayed by two days and after that again two days it went on.....at last I cancelled my order. The laptop was available then in some of the popular outlets in Sharjah on 12th, but of course with a bit price difference, after this long wait for noon delivery,the product finished in the local market as well. Now I'm nowhere in the search for a laptop because of this people. Pls 🙏don't confirm the orders if you can't deliver, it's unprofessional and irritating as a result Noon will be people's second or third option.👎👎

It's a company that promotes COUNTERFEIT products from chinese manufacturers that don't work after a few days of application. Moreover, this company is openly conducting FALSE SALE as prices before sale are appreciated and shows as under sale, basically the same. I wonder how UAE government allows such fraud companies to operate in Dubai.

Their descriptions and specs are very misleading especially from market items. Also the express items are no good. Got a totally fake product . Disappointing from the first experience itself.

Dear Noon Team, Very disappointed with your product and service. I purchased one mini AC water cooler against order # NAEC80012756446 There is no cooling and water leakage from that unit. Product is totally different as advertise on website. This was my first online shopping, very bad shopping experience.

Just hate noon...fake company and fake products no morals! Just hate noon.. received a Gluothione ivory caps capsule 60 capsules at 178 aed on 26th august, by looking at the packaging bottle we felt it was not safe but believed in noon as the capsules of different colour, still went ahead and consumed but this time ordered through amazon and we got the same brand and same capsules when we used to order couple of years ago, this we are sure that fake products are being sold at noon and the seller is TMC, if any health complications, then we will proceed and see how best we can hold them responsible and liable and we have the tracking of the order and the sellers details....never again..this company should be shut and penalized!

I'm soo done with noon, my first order from noon was an external hard drive, I had for 3 days and it literally stopped working, its dead, I bought the same product from a shop and its working perfectly till this date which has been over 2 months, then I order led lights that come with a wifi receiver, I receive a totally different type of led lights that look soo cheap in a very cheap product, I have returned and waiting for a refund since then, I thought it may be the seller, so I will try one more time, I ordered led lights that come with a 44 key remote which was shown in the pic and the power supply was 12 v, but still I get a wrong product, it comes with a 24 key remote and cheap power supply, and i have requested a return and as usual it would them ages to refund. Still I have paid more shipping fees for no products. Literally I have paid 20 dhs shipping for 2 orders and I have nothing like I didnt even to use any of it, this is soo painful having to order something and waiting days for it to turn out a wrong item and yet wait even longer time to get back ur money, NOON has been my worse online shopping experience as soon as I'm getting my refund im surely using this online shopping site again.

3rd class services. They lie on their website about warranty. Phones are not even UAE version. Worst services ever. Samsung refused to claim and they are fixing it for 3 months. Worst worst worst

Probably the most pathetic experience I have ever seen when buying online. Ordered Sneakers and was promised delivery next day as it was "noon express" item and "Noon exclusive". No one bothered to call me that the delivery will not be done next day and I had to repeatedly contact Noon via chat. Next day, I received a message early at 9:47am that the item is out for delivery. I requested the item to be delivered during my office time before 4pm which I was promised that it will be but no one bothered to call even post 4pm that there will be a delay. Cancelled the ordered and now waiting for a REFUND. DO NOT BUY from NOON ever. A fraud scam company with no abilities to deliver what they promise.

So, here's what happened to me.. 1st order - out of stock, still displayed in website 2nd order - wrong item delivered for the same item as my 1st order 3rd order - for the same item, still got a wrong item delivered to me wow! i could not believe this! this happened even after reminding them to check the item first.. aiming to be number one ecom yet providing a very poor quality service..

hi, I'm ordered a Xiaomi air dots and 3 Xiaomi band 4 through Noon.ae, both sellers sending the fake and cheap products.its didn't even meet the Street quality man.it is doesn't make me sense.because both are different sellers and both did the same job. its shows that noon didn't consider the quality check.

I would like to say that I had made a review on Noon where their performance was not at all good but now I would like to say from my recent positive experience that they have improved and are working hard towards customer satisfaction I had made a return of a product to noon and they refunded the money in my noon account within 1 working day which I didn't expect at all its just that now I need to apply online by filling my bank details in order to transfer noon credits to my personal bank account which I hope would be done at the earliest so the complete process was smooth and I am satisfied with it. They have rude delivery guys, one time I made a complaint about the delivery guy was rude to me .... On the next delivery he come back asking me why I made a complaint and insulted me even more.... From that day I stopped ordering from them.

I bought iPhone 6s from noon and after I getting its delivery, phone was not turning on and then I plugged in to charger and there was no signal then I call to noon and they were blaming me that it's your fault that you plugged in charger and it creates fault in the board. After so many discussions over three weeks, they refund the money to noon wallet and then I have to utilize that money and I order iPhone X and after it's delivery, I checked it's warranty on Apple site and it was expired and then I chat with apple service representative and they told me that your phone is 2 years old. Then I again return the device and requested for refund.

I have been using Noon for more than 4 or 5 months now, but the do deliver my stuff's on time but the last order I made the deliver to me was fake and now I want to make another order from them but am scared is not ganna be original...

first, the item i ordered was out of stock and still displayed in their website and so they refunded the money as "noon credit". second, i bought the same item from a different seller, delivery was fast - it came the following day but - wrong item. it was not the item i ordered. returned it back, took them 1 day to pick it up, then 48 hours to do a refund for the "item". then asked me to wait for another 48 hours for the "shipping fee" refund - worst part is that i have to request for it. it was their fault for not checking the item before sending it out for delivery, then you have to file a special request to get a refund of the shipping fee. amazingly stupid.
