Noon encourages customers to “purchase quick” within a ticking clock timeframe on the strength of next day delivery but in practice they don’t deliver. Poor delivery all round.

The worst management and customer service and the most horrible application to use in UAE! First I buy a washing machine with free installation and then they said it has no free installation! Second they say when I’m buying on their application pay with installments for 6 months then they charge me the full amount. After they delivered it, I called 5 times for them to install and till now, one week already and no one came. It is the worst application, worst team and worst management and owner!! DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE APPLICATION EVER!! Warning!!

14May22 (Updating my issue after repeated efforts to get a resolution) I am stuck with this product a Mobile phone.. Its a faulty product repaired 4 times but still has the same problem. SAME PROBLEM AGAIN AFTER 4 REPAIRS and Noon still supports the seller without giving a heed to the customer. Its a high end product and I have spent considerable amount to buy this. But Noon has no consideration for my issue and their unprofessional staff (warranty department Ms. Fatima) speaks with so much attitude and arrogance. Given below is detail of my problem S # Date Warranty Claim Number Action 1 11-Feb-22 WA-WAAEE200123392 Software updated 2 07-Mar-22 WA-WAAEE300673180 Mother Board Changed 3 31-Mar-22 WA-WAAEE300964621 No action taken 4 11-Apr-22 WA-WAAEE400147372 Software updated I strongly recommend NOT to buy anything from Noon. Never buying from Noon In the UAE again. They picked up an item we wanted to return which cost 200 AED and then could not locate the item for more than 2 months. I called them and emailed them numerous times and the responses were always vague. Today they eventually called me to say there is nothing they can do and they won't provide the refund as I don't have a receipt for the return! I told them the driver never gave me one so why is that my fault and they said there is nothing that can be done ! Terrible customer service! I'll speaking to a lawyer.

Noon is one company which doesnt care about its customer. Its been proven by Noon not once or twice but four times so far and I guess it will continue unless it wakes up. I have bought a Mobile Phone from Noon Platform (OnePlus Nord) and started facing severe functional problems with the devise soon after I purchased it. I still waited hoping its a common problem but after reading the online about this issue I discovered that many others are facing this problem (Google for oneplus.com / threads / oneplus-nord-proximity-sensor-issue.1463975/). I shared it with Noon too but the guys sitting there are so un empathetic. They just stick to some text and read it out. Not every case is same and there has to be a solution to problem and not adhere to policy but try to understand the problem. I have submitted the warranty claims 4 times so far for the same problem, S # Date Warranty Claim Number Action 1 11-Feb-22 WA-WAAEE200123392 Software updated 2 07-Mar-22 WA-WAAEE300673180 Mother Board Changed 3 31-Mar-22 WA-WAAEE300964621 No action taken 4 11-Apr-22 WA-WAAEE400147372 Software updated I have received the phone back in spite of my repeated mails and phones not to send the faulty piece back. I gave enough chance to Noon and the seller but these guys are hell bent on not accepting the problem. I JUST DONT WANT IT BACK. Since last two months the phone is lying with service center for more time than I got to use it. BUT STILL NON IS NOT CONCERNED. I dont trust NOON and strongly recommend all NOT to buy stuff from NOON. I wont sit quite till I am heard and my problem is resolved. Regards, Manoj

My account and Balance is Blocked ILLIGALLY along with balance amount by Noon # Complaint # 155747128 with no resolution and explanation since weeks Called your customer service representative several times with no satisfactory response and results. This is totally unprofessional approach from noon of withholding the money illegally by blocking the account and not giving any explanations and/or resolving or refunding. It has been several day by now nothing has been explained.

The worst delivery and the worst management, no one will care about your complains and no one will call back to you, the delivery is Very late for five days and you keep calling the customer service they only can submit your complains by emails, but no one from managements and/or complains department will never ever call back to you!!! I will go for Amazon for sure

Worst customer service I have ever seen !!!!! We were supposed to get our items ( A fridge, a cooker , and a TV) more than 4 days ago and we still haven't receive any items, plus the delivery guy is lying and saying that he couldnt reach us which is a complete Lie !!!! ( he was enjoying his eid holidays certainly) We will never ever buy from this website again. Very Unprofessional. If you are planning to buy something from noon, STOP IT right away !!!!!!!!!

NEVER BUY ELECTEONICS FROM NOON - THIS IS MY 3RD BAD EXPERIENCE GOPRO Was one of the Worst product from NOON... I got the Gopro and hardly used for 2 times within 30 days of purchase during my weekend. The product has heating issues and it shut down automatically. Requested for a refund or replacement of new product but they say it will be repaired and shared with me which is unacceptable. Guys please beware donot spend hard earned money with nasty offers what you see... Go for real ones... Customer support is not great people keeps disconnecting the calls and no proper response after raising the tickets. Below are the ticket details: 156299766 - Agent Call Drop issues 156300167 - Fake / Faulty Product compliant 156300477 - Low rated Review is not getting published in noon website. 156298371 - Requested Supervisor or Manager to call back but its not done. Agents are unaware of there own SLA's No Clear policies.

Don't get tricked by Noon cash back offers by them, they will provide with no details of expiry in noon and while one fine day you decide to buy using received cashback, they will simply tell you it expired .

Firstly, I am regular customer of Noon since beginning. this time I am having very bad experience and I am very disappointed. I have ordered a Mobile phone and another 2 items while ordering the item, it was showing it will be delivered by tomorrow and after the payment the delivery status has been changed after 4 days which really pathetic. 3 times i have informed customer service to help in this matter as i am flying and your delivery date is changed and none of them taken action till now. since 3 days these items are there in noon CFC gateway awaiting for delivery. so i have decided that this will be the last order to Noon and I never recommend this site to anyone. you don't deserve any rating!!!!

I am being mentally harassed traumatised with the false promises being made by the customer service. My money has been taken and faulty washing machine was delivered which never worked out of the box. There customer services is useless and makes false promises of callbacks which never happen. I have attached screenshots as proof. Please be aware and stay away from buying from noon to save your money and for your mental well being.

If you are planning to buy something through noon grocery for this week please order it 2 weeks prior. I had ordered grocery for the first time through noon . I had very bad experience. It was mentioned it will be delivered on the next day . But is not delivered till now . And the delivery person who contacted behaved as if why you ordered. I will not recommend noon grocery. Noon grocery is unprofessional and worthless. Waste of time and money.
