Do not waste your money, time or peace of mind. I only managed to make contact with customer service because I am a “VIP” which means nothing, without this it’s hard to get in touch with them. This company is so unprofessional and I have given too many chances. The customer service do not have any information on delivery schedules or driver information, or any information at all, all they can do or say is apologise and keep raising complaints. the drivers lie about contacting you and choose to make the delivery as and when it suits them, there is no “next day delivery” and when you call customer service for help they always say they’ll raise and complaint and someone will contact within 24hours, but never hear anything back. Unprofessional, they don’t care about customers time or money, also majority of things ordered are either fake or To very bad standard, they don’t bother to check suppliers. Honestly stick to Amazon, they have very strict guidelines and the customer service is so much better. In the end I never received a call back or my delivery in time which I wasted a whole day waiting for.

Marketplace on which I bought a blacklisted Iphone. 1 month begging for help and they didn't care. I had to make a mess on twitter to raise my complain copying the sheikh of dubai and the ceo of noon and dubai police and even after They are not responding the emails... And this raise a concern about also counterfeit products like sunglasses or perfumes which are easily counterfeit. Big problem of trust and customer consideration... They just not consider you when you ask for help or compensation...For sure I will #neverbuyfromnoon

Dont buy anything from Noon. 1. Express delivery just for name sake all orders take 3-4 days for delivery 2. very rude drivers are assigned for delivery that they misbehave 3. extremely poor customer service, they keep apologizing but no proper actions taken

I had ordered Samsung galaxy fold Z3 on June 16th and did the payment of 4440AED through credit card and On june 17th I received the delivery of the order.But the issue here is the one which i ordered and the one which i received delivered is completely different products , The supplier had kept different cheaper phone inside the box . I made a return request to noon on 18 th july and After 8 days request got declined from noon . I kindly request you to take action immediately against reseller (Khalid lemer General trading LLC)for the fraudulent and help us solve this issues .

I had a worst experience with noon. I ordered a steel bed and they delivered a steel bed which was completely damaged. And I filed the complaint the same day and it's been 5 days today and till now no action has been taken. I have been following up through email and calls but they keep giving the response in 24 to 48 hours it will be fixed and nothing happened till today. Absolutely frustrating customer service.

Oh my god I never seen such bad customer services, help chat not even understand what’s my concerns, simply forwarding pre typed msg , non of my concerns were resolved by them , even after multiple requests non of the customer service people called me back

I ordered for a mobile phone ( Samsung note 20 ultra) and I just received an empty box , the delivery rider refused to take it back. Noon is this a joke, 2800aed+.... you're gonna vomit this money. Your service is horrible, terrible worst have ever seen...really empty box for a mobile phone.

Noon delivered the wrong bin and now they failed to provide with the product even after 24 hrs. The customer service is absolutely ridiculous. Getting in touch with the customer service is an absolute nightmare, no help at all. Reading these reviews gives me good insight that not any person alive should order with Noon!!!! @all please switch to other service providers

Their delivery system is horrible, with even eorst customer support. As a customer you are not covered in any of their policies so if any order goes wrong its on you, even tho they say refund, good luck getting it.

I ordered food from Chowking restaurant at 11.05PM on 2nd of July 2022 60 AED Order was assigned to the branch of chowking in Dubai Mall and I live in DIFC at Financial Metro Station which is 10 mins away from Dubai Mall. By 12:30 pm, one hour and a half later I still did not receive my order. In that amount of time I would have already gone to Dubai Mall myself eaten and come back. I trust I myself along with all the people who use Noon, we try to save time and money by placing the order online. And when food is delayed by 1 hour and a half, food is not delivered at all, then money is not returned back (not even in a form of Noon Credit) I believe the whole Idea of ordering online just is wasted. I have been communicating with Ahmed, who was more rather a bot responding with templated messages. I believe it would cost less to have A bot not people if the idea is to respond people with templates to every message. Then I received a call from Basma who called and claimed that refund cannot be processed because restaurant was already paid by noon she offered for someone to take the food since there wont be a refund anyways. Then she told me to call the driver and to ask him to bring the food (we are talking two hours later) I do not believe that should be in my concern, as an online delivery agent, you should be handling all the mid cooperation. I request to kindly process the refund to my card, for not getting the food nor the service. I should have received my food at 12:05 initially.

Doesn't even worth a star.! I ordered from noon and made sure to check if the meal order got accepted. The money has been deducted from my account and it showed preparing straight after.. After waiting for an 1 hour, I checked where the delivery guy had reached, I realised my order have been cancelled. This is happening for the second time, that I got my order cancelled without any notification. It's a really bad service. I wouldn't recommend ordering food from noon.

Just ordered for first time noon food from mc Donal. Delayed when order was simple fish filet meal with ice cream. Ice cream came open and melter on my caffe latte cup and food. My burger was cold and fries not eatable as cold and taste like plastic. I used to deliver a lot through Mc delivery and never had this. Shame on you noon food. Don’t deliver food like you deliver products from a shop or grocery. Food need specific delivery boys. Bad experience!!! First time and last I order from you food

Stay away from NOON became very bad .. low quality & poor service + liars agents + late delivery + false extra payments for not done service .. misleading customers and collecting false services money The worst service and uesless customer care agents

It was horrible to hear repeatedly about the policy rather than helping customers. I have an issue with my water dispenser in warranty and they insist to return it in the carton. I have told them that I can bubble wrap them and give them as I don't have cartons of that size. Never tried to help and wants to close the case in hurry and asked to claim again the warranty with new complaints. I am not sure how this will help. I think I have to through this dispenser instead of wasting my time with noon.

Dear Team, Thank you giving me such a false hope and commitment on my order. I was told by someone that I will receive my order by 7:30pm on 16-06-2022 As I have to catch the flight and I won’t be coming for next 60 days. Knowing that the Noon customer service team is making me fool. I want to cancel my order right now as I won’t trust such company.

Certainly a very bad experience with noon. Ordered scheduled for the next day and selected time.. the delivery driver called few minutes before the end of time fame of delivery and said he is still in the warehouse and picking the goods. I dont understand qhy the order was nt packed and prepared before the time frame of delivery which is 4hours.yet order was place day before at 12 noon. The driver himself urge me to raise the complain because its the noon warehouse fault and not them which i understand how can the driver do the delivery if the goods are not ready. Raise a complain via call and then they put the blame on the customer. Promised to get it sorted and delivered as soon as possible and the next day still they dont have idea when will it be delivered. Or what is the status of the delivery.

They are the worst online shopping and worst customer support and worst management ever damaged box and 2 day every day 5hrs to the useless call center and still my issue not resolved
