Never buy from Noon.com if u expect a after sale service from them. They don't have a service center (which is asper the call center guy, when i asked him how other retail seller are providing such service) hence any repair/service to be done from customer by contacting respective service center or third party dealers. I would suggest people opting to buy things from noon to think twice if you are expecting after sale service. After numerous follow ups on call and mail, they took exact 7 days to provide a proper response and that too was by seeing the picture stating LCD Broken pls get it fixed from out side, we are closing your warranty claim, though my request was to get the item repaired.

Never buy things by seeing the discount or offer from this site, their post delivery service are worst and they don't bother to provide any after sale service. They don't have any service center as per them when my 49inch TV had to get repaired during the warranty period. Pls double check the items that you plan to buy from noon. It's good for groceries or items lass than 20-30 dhm. Don't go for electronic or priced items.. And just mention that they do such service it took a week even after doing email or call follow up every day.

It is either you improve your customer service, meaning that deliver the product on time, (example product to be delivered on June 10th means on June 10th, maximum on June 11th or 12th, not 1 week later or 3 weeks later or 1 month later or 3 months later) Otherwise if you cannot do this, please shut down your company.

What to say what to comment about you noon and about your sellers and customer service my order arrived with missing item trolley without the baby what ur seller trying to do and when you are packing the item you are not checking it is a thieving officially it is a thieving I will make u a big problem this is my last order and I will complaint you to DDE. I ask your customer service for a full refund what he care only that he need to take the item what a shame to have such a customer service and service you are under ZERO AND I WISH TO GIVE YOU LASS THAN 1 STAR VERYYYYY UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR SERVICE AND QUALITY YOU ARE JUST THIEVING PEOPLE I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM YOU.

On31st May 2020, I ordered apple MacBook Pro model mxk62 2020 on Noon.ae. Delivery date is 7th June 2020. I called them in 6th June to check the status. They said order is in process and will be delivered in 48 hours. I wanted to gift it to my son whose birthday is on 8th June. I called them again on 7th June morning and requested them to deliver as per the agreed date. They said I should have ordered in express option. Why should I order in Express option when the delivery date if 7th June OK with me. They mentioned the item has not yet reached their warehouse. This means their supplier didn’t deliver the product yet. As I wanted it by 7th June, I had to cancel my order. Later I called Papita Trading the supplier to noon. They said they delivered the product on 3rd June itself to noon. I don’t know why noon didn’t deliver the product? It is quite disappointing for me. Especially during this covid time I didn’t want to go out to purchase the product. Finally I had to go out purchased it from Jumbo Showroom At higher price in Deira City Center. Now I have to wait for 14 days to receive the money back from noon. I haven’t expected this kind of an experience from Noon.

I ordered on-ear headphone from noon east, used several times for 2 weeks and I loved it but then the right speaker fell out without any force a small plastic piece broke and the right speaker fell. I ordered a nespresso machine from them. It arrived on time, but the box was opened and the sample coffee capsules were removed. I called costumer support and they tried to trick me by saying it doesn’t come with one. So I told them if you don’t solve the problem I will file a fraud case to Ministry of trade.

Extremely bad service, i had ordered a hand santizer whic was supposed to deliver by 19th may. Now its 2nd of june and i still did not receive anything! They are not canceling my order , not giving my money back, and the product is not being sent to me!! Following up by calls since last week and still no solution!!!!!

I advised to stop shopping from noon.com, it’s a terrible website and I had a very bad experience with them and as I am a customer service manager I can understand very well how their service is bad and poor. “ I ordered from noon.com on 24 May 2020 at 7:41pm. And I got a first part of my orders on 26 May 2020, where I found a wrong item (it was a mistake of a seller), I followed the policy of website I submitted a return request for those items. On 27 May 2020 I got a call from Noon.com they arranged a pick up day for the returns items and they confirmed that someone will collected them on 28 May 2020. I canceled my plans for that day and I stayed home waiting them they didn’t come, they just send a sms evening saying that we arranged another day for collecting the return items !! On 30 May 2020, the relievers person came and collected the items and as per the policy after 48 hours the money should credited in my noon credit, till now I didn’t receive from them anything today is 3 May 2020. And when I contacted their Whatapps customer service they requested me to wait 48 hours more !! “ please if I am wrong just tell me if there is any customer who guess and need his items within two days to receive it almost a month !! And how they are so cold with their customers and they have a very bad behavior with customers, website is well presented but most important in business is sell after service which make sure customers are satisfied with the products and services of the organization. AMAZON STILL THE BEST IN MIDDLE EAST NO ONE ELSE and the WORST SHOPPING PLATFORM IS NOON.COM

it is the worst online shopping company, i bought from it many things, i bought the 2 of 21 play doll set, 2 sofia dolls, 2 barbies and a led light for my phone. the sofia dolls were missing the thing you press on to make the voice, i received 1 barbie after it with more than 2 weeks, and received 2 baby doll high chairs instead of 2 21 play doll set, and last is the led light for my phone it was tiny.

I bought from noon 2 barbies, a 21 play doll set, sofia doll, and a led light for my phone. i only received 1 barbie after ordering with 2 weeks and i received both of the sofia dolls mossing the thing that makes voice, instead of getting the 21 play doll set, i got 2 baby doll high chair, and the led lights for my phone was so small.

These guys are totally unprofessional. they even dont dare to open a review section so people dont expose how bad they are. I purchased a walking boot for my fractured foot. Delivery time they set was too long but i was willing to wait. then just one day before delivery they send me message saying DELAYED with no date or anything! What a bunch of losers you are. Souq.com, now gone, use to be heaven for online shopping. Amazon put it in a graveyard and now Noon cant even do 10% the quality we had with Souq.com
