Several weeks ago I ordered 2 dresses. They were very pretty, but I need to return them. I have tried the return items web site. I get no response. I used every order number and My e mail. No response I just want to return them and my account credited. Thank you
I ordered 5 jumpsuits from NORACORA! I should have read reviews fist but did not.,, When I did look at some reviews on a site I found, most all of them said the company is a rip off and their cloths look nothing like what you ordered! I guess it will be lesson learned…
You call this a return policy?? The customer pays the costs which will be high since you have to send it to China, and it will take a really really long time. The clothes are not sized like the size charts indicate. They run very small.
But they offer you 15% to go away amd keep the clothes that don’t fit.
Why can’t I receive the shoes I ordered a refund? I already received items of clothing not ordered but kept them and paid to have them altered. Now I am missing a pair of shoes. My contact attempts have been completely ignored. You have my money because it showed on my bank statement. I ordered in the month of April. Why the hold up?
How are the sizes? I've got an apple shaped body. Thick on top, bust maybe 46-48? & I've got do health issues my tummy kinda big. So 4 plus, 5 plus? In dont have a tape measuring tool. Just wondering? Thanks!
