Then: 3 times I asked to cancel and refund. The first time was done within 30 minutes of placing the order. Still no response that has anything to do with what I asked.
Jesus Christ, it looks like they are stalling not to have to reply to me and keep the order.

The bag is exactly as advertised. I love the gold and nude colour detailing, and all the compartments.
