Application is very easy to use. Help chat is very helpful, and fast response. Security function around admin panel could be a bit more strengthen. (For example, the function to monitor the activities of general users (no. of devices installed, their security level), and the security function of administrator itself.)

The service has been good. Pricier than trying to set up something yourself of course, but we went with NordVPN teams because we wanted support. Today we got it- we talked to chat support, they responded immediately, and fixed our issue right away. Very happy with the level of support.

Excellent VPN servers, instant connection, easy UI, and great support. It got the whole package, and I've tried many alternatives before using NordVPN Teams. It's even better than the regular NordVPN.

Good enterprise option.The service is well put together in terms of functionality and it is very easy to navigate through the control panel. I have also had the chance to contact their customer support and had an operative and constructive conversation. Thank you Teams!

It works as expected. However, there are some problems. 1. I believe NordVPN Teams customers mostly are SMB. Forcing your customers to ask for an invoice each time when payment is made is ridiculous. I know you are working on it but you need to work faster. Generate a simple pdf is not rocket science. 2. After declined payment all users were marked as inactive and dedicated server deleted. I didn't receive any messages from you that there is a problem which I have to solve. After fixing the payment issue I had to activate all accounts one by one. 3. Some newly added users for some reason are inactive. Some times license is not added after inviting new team members. New employees have already huge onboarding plans and problems with NordVPN don't help when something is not working correctly. 4. NordVPN is lacking attention to detail. For example, this form where I type this review. There are questions about some item deliveries... Forgot to delete default template questions? Not a big problem, but it adds up.
