“My credit card was being rejected at first. Contacted support via Chat. They suggest I try Incognito, which worked like a champ. Support was great, buy issues with the website to activate my account.”

“I am first very thankful for the service provided, but I couldn't figure out how to set up some new services and i actually double paid for what i already had paid for. The online help was able to completely and quickly straighten everything out, refund my money, and get me back up and running in a very timely manner. I am so very thankful for their help, and I am able to run my business very proficiently now.”

“I'd an issue with billing, which was my own fault, but Darren (the support rep) simply helped to resolve the issue very quickly and politely. I asked some more detailed questions about the issue for my own understanding in the future and he was more than happy to explain everything to me. It was a really quick, simple and pleasant experience overall.”
