“Very happy with northern gas came and did yearly check they rang me to say it was due great I would give them 10 out of 10 great guys who fitted my new boiler”

“"Very bad experience with new boiler … "Very bad experience with new boiler install." - Gas leak !!! - 7mb gas drop - ID - sealing disk installed at gas meter point - Boiler flue not supported and no fixing screws also - Boiler is leaking at filter area - PRV and condense pipe not to manufactures installation instructions Since May we have been waiting for the northern gas to rectify all the errors !”

“Absolutely Brilliant Professional service! Kash came out to discuss the boiler package deal on the same day of our enquiry & arranged the fabulous new Vailliant boiler to be fitted within the same month. The gas engineer who carried out the work yesterday was called Adam & I can't praise him enough! He was very professional, knowledgeable, polite & clean & tidy. He certainly knew his trade excellently & swiftly fitted the new boiler & sorted out our old pipes & radiators system. I highly recommend this Healing company to anyone, as the boiler is of an exceptional high standard & is guaranteed & serviced for the next 7 years, which gives us complete peace of mind.”

“Pleased to get central heating fitted,but we were promised a new grill to replace the mangled one,plus when the fitters came back to this area they would call in with new grill and put a piece of wood over the hole in the ceiling where they took the boiler out !!we are both disabled ,so can't get into loft to cover the hole !!!!”

“""Having been messed about by Northern Gas for best part of 18 months with empty promises around our disabled sons grant installation, we have decided we no longer have any trust in Northern Gas to do a good job and have bitten the bullet to go with British Gas and pay via a loan for our installation. They promised lots but never delivered and we would never have chosen them, but told we had to go with them because of the disablity grant!”

“Heres a list of my issues with them - 4 monsth waiting for installation - 11 months waiting for hive installation - 11 months with a faulty thermostat - wrong interest rate put on the monthly quote - talked out of a powrflush. So still 3 rads not working. - the worst customer service and call backs I have had. I strongly recommend you go to a local company over these guys.”

“The engineers Mark and Corey came all the way from Newcastle after another engineer could not attend. We are so pleased we had them Absolutely top blokes. Excellent customer service, skilful, knowledgeable and respectful. Boiler fitted over 3 days, clean and tidy job. All rubbish removed. Full instructions and demo given of boiler and control panel. Thank you both for your fantastic service.”
