“The engineer was meant to come Monday/Tuesday but they came Tuesday before the afternoon and they decided they will come wedesnday and Thursday. They came and they did it quickly and well”

“They were ok with the appointments always on time and the right dates the people who were always friendly and had all the information. When they for the boiler fitting they rang only a couple before and told us the date but didn't ask if it was convenient, I think the office needs a brush up!”

“Dissapointed the boiler takes up to 8 second to start after the hot tap is first turned on which equates to 2 litres of wasted water every time. The safety engineer stated two item's needed attention one of which is concerning as there is a taped up electrical wire tucked into the back of the boiler itself. GAS AND ELECTRICITY DO NOT MIX. We are still waiting for this serious situation to be rectified. NOT impressed .”

“Very polite, clean and efficient workers from the sales manager, Kash, to the engineer, Adam. Great advice given, a competitive price for Vaillant. Really pleased with the service given from both of them and would be happy to recommend them personnel. They are an asset to the company.”

“This company has no respect for their customers they don't answer the phone or turn up on time very quick to take your money but very poor back up service British Gas are more expensive but you get what you pay for”

“The plumber was good, the salesman as well but the head office was a bunch of amateurs, I managed to get a plumber after a 3rd appointment, had to call them several times to get an invoice and my contract their admin team is non existent in fact,”

“Polite, clean and efficient workers from salesman, Kash, to engineer, Asif, and crew. Good advice given and competetive price. Vaillant seems to be working fine and we have the reassurances from Kash and Asif that we can call anytime if we need help with working controls or have any questions.”
