“Terrible service been waiting for a reply on a refund on a wrongly shipped item that i sent back for about 4/5 months and its got to the point they are not replying to any emails and phone calls.”

“Very nice coat! One slight issue was on the photo it shows that the coat has a white fur lining on hood, but the one I received was black other than that can't complain”
