“The polo was fine I have no issues with quality ot authenticity but the sizing u need to size down and have sent away for a replacement having paid through Klarna and I can’t get through via phone nor have I received any emails regarding a replacement”

“I recently placed an order, two T-shirt’s and some shorts. All ok upon ordering, sizes i wanted were in stock. Arrived quite quickly even under the circumstances of covid 19. However when I opened the pack I quickly realised although the correct items appeared on the invoice, they weren’t the right items in the bag. I emailed right away, and the matter was dealt with quickly, but unfortunately the items that were wrong were then out of stock and as they were birthday gifts I was very disappointed.”

“good quality items good value, delivery could be quicker but cheaper delivery costs compared to other sites which bump costs for the shopper,last order had a few issues which there happy to sort out , good options on payment for those who need and want to spread the cost will happy to shop with the outlet game”

“Delivery of item was quick, well packaged, however wrong item was sent. Refund was given quickly when a review was left on TripAdvisor, as up to then there had been no response from my e - mail. Disappointed that refund did not include the delivery fee. Still no response on to why that wasn't refunded as well.”
