“Great customer service had a problem with a vehicle after a week of ownership and due to the distance of where I live and they are based they allowed the repairs to be carried out locally 5*”

“I purchased my Mercedes CLK in December 2014, the service and attention to customer needs was very good, as was the quick response and service with aftercare, to such an extent that my parents (Who are usually main agent only people) bought an e-class from them in February. On both occassions the cars were presented very well and were ready on time with a smooth handover. I would definetly reccommend that you view these cars before committing elsewhere.”

“I saw the car I was interested in on the website via Auto Trader , I travelled from the Isle Of Wight to Whitstable and was not disappointed to find find car was exactly as described on website Brian was very helpful when I took car for test drive answering all my queries. Stewart then took care of all the paperwork including transfer of my registration plate, Matthew then delivered the car to me in Southampton very good efficient service Well pleased !”

“i would recommend northover cars to freinds and family, and would have no hesitation in purchasing another car from them i purchased a jaguar s type 22-1-15, the car was beyond my expecations, and the advertisement was spot on there was no pressure selling ,on veiwing the vehicle , i requested 2 new tyres on the purchase (me being picky ) and these where fitted no ifs or buts just fitted had a small problem with the vehicle a couple of weeks after purchase , the vehicle was booked in to the garage that day , problem sorted , again no problems just sorted i buy a car a year due to high milage , this is by far the best car sales that i have come across ,”

“I have purchased a beautiful red slk 2011 from Northover cars and purchased other nice top end cars from other dealership before and I was totally happy with the custom I recved I had the car for some time then to find I had to sell the due to my wife havering a bad back injury so after going online and over the phone speaking to many dealers that just wanted to shaft me as I only wanted to sell on and buy a totally different type of vehicle northover cars understood my predicament and offered me the best price and in my view a bit more for the value of my car. So thank you northover cars keep up the great work if my cerumstance change I will be back”

“When we went to the Northover Cars showroom to look at one of their cars, Stuart greeted us and we were made very welcome. The car was ready for us to look at and was very well presented, as were all the other cars that we could see. They appear to deal in very good quality cars, as was the one I went on to buy and which came with a three month Northover Cars warranty. I have now owned the car for about a month and am very pleased with it and I also recommended Northover Cars to my son.”

“Within the last year my wife and I purchased a used Mercedes Benz CLK200K. The experience was pleasurable from beginning to end. The trade in price for our car part-ex was excellent and our Northover car was and remains briliant. We travelled from the north of England to make the purchase, with a little apprehension, since the journey is long. However we were delighted with our treatment and very content with our deal. signed Steven & Chandra Fawley”
