“The idea of purchasing a vehicle online was somewhat alien to my normal way. However, the Northover team were first class. They answered questions and provided information to support the sale in a very open and straightforward manner. The car was delivered to my home some 300 miles away, for inspection and acceptance, with the only risk to me being the delivery charge. The vehicle was exactly as described and the purchase was completed. Well done Northover Cars, a very strong team.”

“Extremely professional and I would recommend this garage to anyone. The general manager could not do enough for us, thoroughly knowledgeable and very accommodating. Having dealt in the past with Mercedes main dealers who are indeed professional I feel Northover Cars surpassed them.”

“I would recommend Northover Cars to everyone as nothing was too much trouble and the staff were really helpful especially as I could not get to them. To help me decide on buying a car they brought it to me in Colchester with no obligation to buy. They even test drove it for me as I was unable to drive following an operation and did all the paperwork to remove my private plate from my car. I had an exceptional experience with very helpful staff. Andy”

“We have bought 3 cars from Northover Cars and would highly recommend them. The customer service is excellent and they make the whole buying experience relaxed and enjoyable. Jason in particular is very professional and doesn't put any pressure on you and clearly explains everything. 2 of our 3 purchases have been with Jason and our latest purchase involved part exchanging the previous SLK we bought from him. We were given a very fair price and were able to drive away in our new Mini.”

“A company that could not be more helpful! Jason explain the exact state the car was in and was very quick to reply. They welcomed the mechanic and sorted a slight little problem no question asked. Car delivered in 3 days from being in touch.”
