“I spent a couple of months looking for a specific Mercedes e class coupe, with low mileage, found exactly what I was looking for at Northover Cars. I put a deposit down then had a wobble on the purchase which Stuart took in his stride, subsequently followed through and bought the car, mainly due to the dealer being so fair and amenable. They're based Whitstable which is a nice part of the world, I travelled down from Hertfordshire, car was exactly as described. Whole transaction was quick and painless, up to and including a minor repair on the internal cabin light, Stuart agreed to let me take to a Mercedes specialist near where I live and just reimbursed the repair cost, lets be honest it just doesn't get better than that, I spent the weekend in Broadstairs with the car and drove it back on Sunday, delighted with whole experience and car, a good price also.”

“I had been looking for a red SL350 with low mileage which are hard to find. Delighted to find one at Northover at a competitive price, still available. Price agreed next day. Delivery free 3 days later. Car perfect condition as described and absolutely excellent for a 4 year old vehicle. Stuart was very straight about the car, taxed it for me and deserves a 1st class write up which I am happy to provide here. The whole thing painless. Dr Paul August FRCP”

“Northover cars are truly professional with exceptional customer service. Stuart and his team made my first car buying experience overwhelming. I won't say they are in user car business, as their stock is as good as a brand new would look like. And not just looks, their cars are exceptionally maintained, you would know if you take any of them for a drive. The paperwork for my Range Rover was quick and neat. The reason they are so good is that they don't want your business just once. When you get a taste of such high degree of professional service, you will keep coming back for more. My wife will be buying a Merc soon from them. Highly Recommended !!!”

“The staff at Northover cars were excellent. They took me through the full end to end process and their customer service was great. They helped me in sorting out the finance for my new Mercedes, in addition to coming cross country into London to deliver my new car. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to them. “Could not ask for a more pleasant car buying experience, After having such a terrible experience with the a very popular know car dealership, where the process was rushed and the advisor could not provide me with details of the spec of the vehicle but insisted I buy- it was a breath of fresh air to go to an establishment where the customer is not only valued but they go the extra mile. The customer journey, their experience and the cars are on offer are just a few of the reasons why I would suggest purchasing from Northover Cars. Stellar service through and through I will gladly recommend friends and family as they did not disappoint.”

“Saw the car advertised, rang them up in the morning, spoke to Stuart about the car and a possible part exchange, lunch time drove the 120 miles to Northover cars and by late afternoon, was driving back home in the new car. Absolutely great service, no typical hard salesman pitch, just really helpful. Would recommend buying a car from them without hesitation. Thanks again Stuart and Northover Cars.”

“Found the car I wanted on Northover Cars website, but realised that they were located over a 100 miles away from where I live. So I read the online reviews which convinced me that if we could come to an agreement over the phone, about my part-ex, I would make the journey. To cut a long story short I was not disappointed with the car or the customer service; these guy's are 5 star salesmanship that I have not experienced before. Buy from them with confidence, you wont be disappointed. Thanks for making this a stress free purchase guy's. Val”

“After months of looking I found the car I had always wanted at Northover Cars and went to take a look. On arrival I was pretty amazed at the condition of all the cars on show, better than any garages I have seen in years and also better than some I had seen at main dealers. Stuart Philips the guy I dealt with was very helpful, knowledgable about everything Mercedes and done everything he could to help and also sort out the additional requests from myself, A pleasure to deal with and needless to say I picked up my car the following week. My new car is perfect and although I intend to keep it for a few years to come, when I do decide to buy another, Stuart and Northover cars will definitely be my very first place to go. Outstanding service , and made everything so easy”

“From start to finish my experience of Northover Cars and its staff has been exceptional and very smooth sailing. All the paperwork had been prepped and organised before I arrived to pick my 'forever car' up and I wasn't disappointed. The hand-picked range of prestige cars on offer was outstanding and it was hard to choose. My car had been polished and was in immaculate condition ready to drive away. Stuart organised all the finer details with such care and attention and it was an absolute pleasure and delight to purchase through Northover Cars where their customer service is hard to beat!
