“Pretty awful. Will never buy from here again. Took a month to get my order and was lied to in every email. Told repeatedly my item had been dispatched, it hadn’t. Then told repeatedly my refund had been issued. It hadn’t . Then told my order would arrive that day… guess what!!! It didn’t! Eventually it came but honestly was a nightmare. Loads of terrible reviews, my story is one of many the same or similar. Wish I’d read them before I ordered.”

“Did not send any item from my order messed me around for 2 weeks saying it was sent then it was delayed. Then stopped replying and I had to contact my credit card provider for a refund. I have no idea why they keep sending me review requests as it won’t change avoid at all cost”

“Terrible company, do not shop here! Wish I'd seen these reviews before I placed my order! Took my money, the order never arrived, many emails to them later and still no refund despite telling me I'd receive my refund in 1p working days. Issue went on for months till i got my credit card dispute team involved who got me the money back! Avoid this company!!!”

“Fast communication to tell me my order was on its way… even after it hadn’t arrived over ten days later, told it would get reshipped… same again, no delivery… asked for a refund, very quickly told the order would be cancelled and refunded in 5-10 working days… so that was 10 working days ago and I have raised a dispute with my bank as they suddenly are not responding at all. Now I’ve checked the company, the reviews are all there to warn of this experience.”
