“I ordered dog food on the 6th March and I still haven't received it. I also have no communication regarding what is happening. I have tried to call but I can only contact you by email. It's an awful customer experience.”

“Still waiting for order nearly 3 weeks later. 'Customer service' continually fobs you off saying will send out 'a replacement' but nothing ever arrives. Very poor service.”

“I am still waiting for the product to arrive! Almost 3 weeks since I ordered it! My dog is almost out of food and I am going to have to buy elsewhere if it doesnt arrive by tomorrow. I have emailed you, more than once, just to be told that it will be dealt with within a couple of days!!!! I am not impressed.”

“Awful company. I stupidly didn't read the Trustpilot reviews until after I had placed an order. I requested a refund right away, which they agreed to. However, since then I've had emails to say my item has been dispatched. When questioned about it, they said my refund would arrive in 5-7 days. 2.5 weeks later I still don't have a delivery or a refund.”

“Ordered dog food - took 2 weeks to dispatch the item. In these 2 weeks I cancelled my order. Received a dispatch notification after cancelling. Have not yet received my refund! Terrible company. Do not purchase here!!”

“Order more than a week ago and still haven't received my order. Tried calling Not in the dog house but no one answers, emailed them with very poor response so emailed again with no response. Still waiting, will have to go to pets at home as I've now run out of food for my dog, may as well have done that in the first place. Not impressed”

“Absolutely disgusted, ordered 15kg biscuits waited 12 days didn't recieve them, requested a refund that they said as been processed sill Waitng 4 weeks on. Sending messages and messaged to get the same message back”
