Absolutely kicking myself for not checking reviews here prior to ordering - been waiting 2 weeks, got the same story as others “we’ve been busy and have a backlog” and now dispatched a week ago saying courier would provide tracking details, but no details and no parcel. Company has now stopped responding to emails altogether, their phone is constantly on answer machine. They don’t pick up phone messages either. They have taken money and not provided the goods, any customer service or trustworthy communication. Appalling company DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I’ll be reporting to trading standards and trying to secure a refund via my bank.

Haven't received my item as of yet and it was ordered it over 2 weeks ago. It's a simple Kong toy so not sure why it is taking so long. The website didn't specify the item was out of stock. Additionally, to track the order I had to download a separate app which is silly if you're not ordering from the same company each time.

Placed an order over 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received my order. Chased over a week ago and was told that it had been dispatched, but given no indication of when it would arrive. Chased again this week and no one has gotten back to me… still not received. Coming up to 5 weeks since I ordered, very poor service.

Not received an order of dog food ordered on February 11th. Emailed them a week ago and received a reply saying they got a bit behind last week (even though the order was 3 weeks ago) and that the order is in warehouse and should be with me soon. Poor customer service.

I did actually receive my dog food within a week of ordering last time, stupidly I ordered again, this time nothing received and automated responses that tell me my item has been dispatched and I'll receive tracking shortly , really? Sorry to say this about a small company, but do not order.

I still haven't received my items, almost two months after ordering, and no tracking information or communication from the vendor despite an email enquiring. The phone rings through to voicemail when I try calling. Have now reported to Trading Standards as this feels like a con of a company.

Having ordered the product on 17 Feb I have not yet received the goods. The distributions have not been in touch, so as you understand I am not happy with the situation.

If I could give no star it would be too much. I ordered a dog toy thankfully I only spent a small amount. As othe reviewers the usual sorry your order is taking longer than expected. Item hasn't been sent two weeks later. DO NOT BUY FROM NOT IN THE DOG HOUSE!!!!!! I think it is a bogus website.

I have been waiting two weeks for a delivery of Naturo dog food and nothing. I do hope it's not a con. Not a happy customer. No delivery. There a big .com never get the goods. Fought me once won't do it again.

I have still not received my order. I have contacted the company twice and have received prompt and polite emails and have been assured my order should arrive soon. I have been advised to wait 30 days from the order to request my money back and I will be doing this unless my order arrives before.

Terrible - I cancelled my order and never received my refund. I then got an email a few weeks later saying it was on it's way. When I emailed again asking why it wasn't cancelled, no one ever got back to me. Not only is it disorganised but it took weeks. The harness I ordered is too small for my dog but I can't even be bothered to try to return it because it would be far too much effort.

Only ever delivered half of my order (the courier company has confirmed that they didn't ever receive the second part of the order from Not in the Dog House) and now they won't respond to my emails or phone calls, despite taking my money! Shocking service!!

I have not received my order. Very poor customer service. No one answers the phone and when you leave a message no one returns you call. Have sent numerous emails but have only received an automated response. Terrible do not order from this company.
