I ordered some dog biscuits and they took so long to come to me I emailed them and they kept on saying they are dealing with it in the end I did get it but I had to wait enough a month to receive the items only when I was random to take it further very bad service

Failed to fulfill the order (order 10691) and despite 4 chasing emails and a month on, they have also failed to refund the order. There is no contact number for this company!

Ordered dog food, it didn't arrive, had to go to a shop and buy some. 16 days later, still hasn't arrived, have asked for a refund. Awaiting refund. Bad experience all round, hope they refund me.

Ordered 2nd Sept, today is 22nd Sept and still not here!! After several emails, I just continually get told it's dispatched and tracking details will follow. It only changed to despatched because I complained I had not recieved it!!!! Will not be using again....!!!! The only option is to email.

My first time shopping with Not In The Dog House and I will NEVER shop with them again. I placed my order in August and still haven’t received my order. When emailing to ask for updates, all I get told is “your shipping information will be with you later today!”. When I finally received my shipping information, the tracking number wasn’t available. I then emailed asking for a refund and was told within 5 working days. I am still yet to receive this refund 7 days later.

I've still not got my order which I ordered almost 2 weeks ago, after sending a email which said it was on its way, there's still no tracking info, I've had to place a raw order from another company so my dog will have food.

Part order received completely defrosted and starting to rot . Asked for refund been fobed off for several months . I shouldve read their reviews first . If you after frozen raw food go straight to natures menu ! This firms customer service is rubbish !

Very poor service, would never buy from these again, was told would get order by the Monday, even after several emails to them, was fobbed off, the parcel was only sent from the warehouse day before delivery, I ordered it on the 8th September was delivered after nearly 8 days in the mean time my 2 sprocker spaniel boys had to limit their food allowance

I ordered a pet food mat over a month ago. Nothing fancy and it was due to be delivered by Royal Mail. It has never arrived. I have chased 4 times. For the first 3 times of chasing, the company emailed that they were looking into it and would redispatch. They have ignored my 4th chase. Terrible service. I don't have any problems like this with other delivery companies and Royal Mail has been delivering other orders from other companies over the last month.
