I ordered food which came too late for it to be useful to me. I emailed the company and they promised to cancel it but didn't so the frozen food turned up on my doorstep when I got back from holiday. We took it in as the delivery driver would not take it back. We had no room in the freezer for it so had to put it in neighbours' freezers.

Order weeks ago NOT received my order I’ve phoned and left details but had no response, emailed numerous times -nothing I want a refund !!!!! I’ve requested one but as usual NO REPLY! Disgraceful company Avoid like the plague

My item was ordered on 2 April and has still not arrived so I find it interesting that you are asking for a review. I have chased several times and been told “it’s been despatched”. It clearly hasn’t !

I ordered on the 10 April and still have no tracking number and no delivery by 21 April. I've contactwed the customer services on a number of occasions and keep being told not to worry my purchase is on its way!

Ordered Catsan on the 2nd. January from Not in the Dog House. Despite being informed by e-mail that it has been dispatched I have to date, 22nd April , not yet received the item. Will someone please listen to my plea and deliver or in event of no availability, please return my £25 by crediting my credit card

Would not recommend using this company; my order - just one dog bed - took over 4 weeks to arrive, despite being in stock. I phoned several times - no one answers, it just goes straight to recorded voicemail (American voice) and despite sending several emails I received no satisfactory response. Some of the emails went unanswered. The order eventually arrived out of the blue, with no tracking information having been sent prior, despite 'Amy' advising (in emails that were actually responded to) that I would receive tracking info once the parcel had been despatched. On the plus side, the item is correct and in perfect condition. However, the experience has been so unsatisfactory that prior to finally receiving the item, we contacted our credit card company to pursue a refund; the money had been taken from our credit card but we hadn't received the item nor had any satisfactory responses from Not in the Dog House. Highly unsatisfactory and inconvenient - and clearly this is usual given other feedback I've read online.

I have been waiting for my order for over 6 weeks, I’m emailing them weekly and getting replies saying ‘your order has been despatched’ yet no tracking info. I’ve also asked for a refund still no response. I did get a reply saying that they would despatch another collar to me… guess what still waiting. I’ve replied today saying I would like an update if no collar I will contact the office of consumer rights. Really disappointed with this company.

I'm so disappointed and let down buy choosing to buy from this online shop I've bought a jumbo (XL) antler for my bull terrier (EBT), which wasn't cheap but I was prepared to get for my precious doggie friend I'm still waiting for it to arrive nearly two weeks later ... I was charged nearly £5 for a second class postage ... Customer services replied to me and didn't answer any of my concerns or need to restitution to resolve my disatisfaction and unfair treatment ... There is no information on where my XL antler is .... is it lost? Have I also been forgotten?? Currently, I woult NEVER recommend this company, they are definately in a bad dog house ... If the company contacts me and resolves my case I am prepared to update this review ... Until then, do not use this company. They are unreliable, do not care for customers and I will not be using them again (unless they satisfactorily resolve my case) ... I am currerntly down (or have effectevly lost) nearly £20 for a dog antler ... no refund of any sort NOT GOOD

Kept telling me they had despatched my order when they clearly hadn't. After 3 weeks I cancelled my order and asked for a refund, still waiting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Still waiting for my order from 9th April. Shipped but still not arrived after 10 working days and a second order not shipped after 2 weeks ordered. Emailed and received a poor response. Not good enough. AVOID!

I made an order on 9th April on-line, it is now the evening of 21st April and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. There is no tracking available.
