I placed an order on 16 Feb. Today is 14th march and I have had NO PRODUCT DELIVERED and no refund issued despite a promise of my money back! Please refund me.

Ordered a bag of James well-behaved 4 weeks ago, the money was taken from bank the next day but I still haven't received the food yet.

4 weeks from date of order, goods still not delivered, requested tracking number when notified goods were ready for dispatch, no response. Have not replied to emails, Very poor service, will not be using again.

Ordered for the first time and had to cancel as order took too long Still awaiting refund and having to chase Not acceptable. Was hoping to use this company in the future but will not be returning

Ordered puppy food on the 25th February and still haven't received it, have emailed you your response was we will look into it, have rang your office five different times no reply after leaving my name, phone number nothing and still waiting for the puppy food appalling service

I ordered at beginning of February, still not received my goods , loads of emails sent started of ring told it was sent , then told they would contact the warehouse and get back to me never did , and then they stopped replying to my emails , every now and then get an automatic email saying it's been sent and tracking info to follow which it never does DONT USE THESE THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Very poor service Items were not sent out 3-5 working days as advised. Had to chase and waited Nearly 3 weeks for a refund

I’ve spoke to several agents to try and locate my missing order. I was told it would be replaced and dispatched, but when I asked for tracking info this was never provided. Considering I was going to cancel my monthly order with another store and go with you instead, this service has been poor. When I asked where the tracking info was as I’d waited over a week and enquired about getting a refund. The reply was this has been refunded so clearly the items that had been dispatched previously were made up and were never going to arrive. Not a happy customer.
