“I ordered at beginning of February, still not received my goods , loads of emails sent started of ring told it was sent , then told they would contact the warehouse and get back to me never did , and then they stopped replying to my emails , every now and then get an automatic email saying it's been sent and tracking info to follow which it never does DONT USE THESE THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬”

“I’ve spoke to several agents to try and locate my missing order. I was told it would be replaced and dispatched, but when I asked for tracking info this was never provided. Considering I was going to cancel my monthly order with another store and go with you instead, this service has been poor. When I asked where the tracking info was as I’d waited over a week and enquired about getting a refund. The reply was this has been refunded so clearly the items that had been dispatched previously were made up and were never going to arrive. Not a happy customer.”
