Not impressed was told within 4 days of delivery , over a week later eventually got the delivery... supposed to be 5 of each flavour chubb rolls . 2 rolls of lamb the rest mostly ckn .

I have not received my order which was placed on 12th August. I have contacted the company 3 times and my husband twice and have yet to receive a reply or a refund. Horrendous customer service. I would not recommend this company at all.

My order has not been delivered and communication is very poor - awaiting yet another request for information via Facebook this time as other avenues of correspondence have failed. Not good.

My first order on 24th August for my dogs food still not arrived, no updates to date although quick to take the money, really disappointed. Order no: 137353 either send my dogs food or give me my money back.

Firstly we had no confirmation of our purchase at all. After two weeks I chased the order. Another week later still hadn’t received it so asked for a refund. Still chasing this refund. Very poor service.

My order didn't arrive at all and it took a long while to sort out a refund. I really object to being asked to review something that never arrived. It's caused me a lot of worry. I was trying to support a smaller outlet and I wish I hadn't.

Dreadful company … ordered, paid, item never delivered. Emails get a ‘standard’ reply then nothing. No refund.. Look online, this company has abysmal reviews on TrustPilot, a Facebook page dedicated to spreading the news of this company’s awful practices. Save yourself any aggro, DO NOT USE THEM. You have been warned !

Ordered a dog bed. Long story short. Emails sent. Messenger message sent. They stoped replying to my mails and messages. No bed was dispatched. Had to then raise a dispute with my bank. A few days later a credit was sent back to my account. Very poor customer service and communication. This level of service puts me off buying from small uk suppliers and drives the customer towards big corporations who know the value of its customers.
