“First time customer - Order placed over 3 weeks ago. I have to keep chasing updates & still no delivery. You cannot get through on the phone and emails are ignored. I would not recommend using this Company.”

“i placed an order on the 5th of april and i have still not received my delivery thats over 2weeks now.. it was for nearly £50 worth of dog food, obviously dont care very much about customers or their pets.. sent a ton of emails and got told its at the warehouse and to wait for a tracking number which i didn't get either.”

“Never received my item so after waiting 2 weeks requested a refund. Still waiting for refund. In hindsight all the reviews of this company seem to say the same thing so to be avoided”

“Ordered birthday cakes which weren’t dispatched until a week later, however 3 weeks on still not received and despite 4 emails regarding the package and also requesting a refund I have yet to receive a reply! I now have to file a complaint and refund request via my credit card company so based on this I would recommend avoiding this company.”

“I would rate this company 0 stars if it was possible! This is a shame company which has taken money for goods from my bank account but has not delivered the goods. I intend to pursue this further through legal channels”

“I placed my order on the 30th March, I have only received half of the order. I have emailed them and after being told that the balance of the order is being dispatched, my emails are not being responded too and their phone is only being answered by an automated system so unable to talk to anyone”

“Deardful company I placed an order with them and paid for it which as I write this despite lots of emails saying "it's been sent" has still not arrived! I have asked for my money to be returned but again NOTHING. It turns out that I'm not the only one this has happened to.”
