This is the second review request and i have still not received my dog food nearly one month no communication apart from asking for reviews. I know the product is good buy direct from forth glade dont use this company

Waited for 2 weeks and my order still hadn't arrived so contacted them to cancel my order as I had run out of food so had to buy elsewhere, I was told my order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund. While I was waiting for my refund , and a further 2 weeks had passed with no refund, my order suddenly arrived. I decided to accept the delivery as I was nearly ready for some more food anyway. This was the first time I had used this company and I can assure you it will be the LAST !!!!!!!!!? I feel like I was lied to about the order being cancelled and about giving me a refund.

Did not send my order did not refund me and now having to go through my bank to get my money back while this company want me to do gleaming reviews for products they never bothered to send a terrible company which rips off its customers.avoid at all costs.

Ordered on 22 November and as of 11th December still not arrived! Very disappointed. I cannot rate the product as I don't have it! I should have just gone to the local market...

I have emailed 5 times over my missing parcel, with no response. I called, no answer. I should have received it over a month ago. Company is perfectly happy to send out plenty of spam emails in the meantime. Short of asking my bank to get involved I have little options. Awful customer service, would not recommend.

Ordered on 8th November, payment was took on 9th November. And still know goods have arrived. Contacted by email many times to be told different reasons as to why know goods have arrived. Asked for refund, that’s not happened either 👎

Rubbish in every way. Item not received, numerous emails back and forth about where it is, getting absolutely nowhere. They couldn't give a tracking number, nor the name of the courier they used... however many times I asked for this, one month and still waiting. I want a refund but they can't even issue that... I would NEVER use this company again. Customer service is extremely bad and their communication skills even worse.

Awful company with dreadful service. I was sent the wrong item and I have emailed them 6/7 times asking for them to cover return postage costs, they ignore every message and you cannot connect to their helpline. I have reported to Trading Standards.
