Diabolical. Constantly chasing an unfulfilled order. No compensation and mainly terrible customer service bar one. Deeply dissapointed, looked so promising as a website and business but truly deserving a 1 star.

Ordered and paid for a supply of dog food on 14th June still not received. Emailed a week later to chase. Advised their had been a ‘slight delay’ with courier and would send another parcel and I would receive updated tracking information. Neither parcel or tracking information received. No response to 2 further emails. Looking at other reviews this is a regular issue.

Despite receiving a dispatch notification and tracking details my order didn’t arrive. Having chased, it then arrived 8 days after ordering. With most suppliers offering 24 hour delivery this seemed to be slow. I then had to follow up the remainder of the order, and prompt once again before getting a refund. Disappointing service and I won’t be ordering again.

Paid for express postage. Item did not arrive within timescale. Emailed Not In The Dog & they agreed to send a replacement. 3 unanswered emails to Not In The Dog later - over the course of several days - I received my first response along with an apology & a refund.

ordered 8 days ago, got a dispatch email next day but no tracking on it. emailed them 3 days later asking for tracking info. they replied the day after saying its had to be resent. that was 3 days ago and its still not arrived. so clearly not been sent yet again. appalling service. and lies. it was frozen raw food so could not have been sent.

Same treatment as everyone else. Do not buy from notinthedoghouse. They will not send your goods or refund. I will get my money back through credit card Co.

At the time of the review request 8 days after placing order not yet arrived. Contacted customer services noted a delay with courier and new parcel to be sent out. Tracking had not shown anything other than shipped. Not convinced it was. Was advised replacement parcel would leave warehouse yesterday and I would receive a tracking details shortly. Still not received tracking details. The order was a large dog food order will run out tomorrow and have to do an emergency local shop tomorrow. Something I was trying to avoid by shopping online

I placed my order for a Rukka cooling vest for my little chihuahua on the 15th July 2021 and guess what, I still haven’t received it nearly a year later, so what does this say about this diabolical so called pet company, all I get it promise after promise that my order is on the way but nothing ever appears, I received an email last week that my order had been dispatched but again, it still hasn’t arrived, they offered me either a credit note or my order, I went for the order as I’d never buy from this company ever again or more like me lining their pockets as I’ve never received anything nearly a year later, wish a no score was available as they really do not deserve any stars at all, also please please their feedback profile, others have lost a lot more than me.

Would not recommend as their customer service is absolutely dreadful. 2 weeks for order to actually arrive and then items missing which only finally arrived 3 weeks later after I had sent numerous emails to which you either get no response or a standard reply which does not answer your question. Unable to call as the number listed only goes to a voice box Looking at reviews after I had ordered, in hindsight I should not have ordered with this company and would not ever do so again Appalled that a company can treat its customers so badly and not even apologise for it.

Not had a very good experience with this place., ordered from them selected express delivery., which is next day delivery still awaiting delivery a week later. Won’t be ordering from them again., customer’s service only email back now and again.

I am very disappointed. Half of the goods received are incorrect(did not order) and if that was dealt with straight away, alright, maybe those mistakes can happen. But had to send queries many times to get one response saying "a replacement arranged" and still haven't received it. I want a refund or goods missing asap.

Do not use this company . Any 5* reviews are very suspect . Overall their record is dismal , and you will be at risk of losing your money. I only recovered mine by involving my bank . SHOP ELSEWHERE !

Over 2 weeks and not received order yet. No means to communicate with the company other than automated email replies! I would not recommend ,so annoyed at being taken in by what appeared a professional looking site
