Ordered 2nd May, emailed on 5th May, Amy advised delivery on it's way. 9th May received an email advising despatch delayed. Now 30th May still no delivery. Doesn't respond to emails or calls.

Sadly, no stars not an option. 30 days on, I have not received my order or requested refund, just a load of emails giving totally conflicting information. Unbelievable to be asked for a review! The worst ‘company’ (if indeed it is one) I have ever come across. Massively regret not googling reviews before ordering.

Ordered at the beginning of may still not received. Asked for a refund mid may still not received. Now not even replying to my emails. Thought I'd try as a new customer wish I never bothered.

Absolute disgrace, they don’t send your products out and then don’t refund either! Many emails sent but still no refund!

Put an order in on the 3rd May which have still not received, I complained and asked for a refund which again I have not received. Certainly will not be using this company again and I advise others to read reviews

Poor communication - no response on the telephone, long delays on email and responses only generic automated nonsense. Only managed to get money back by getting card holder to issue a 'chargeback'.

I ordered 2 water bottles for my dog. Ordered them to arrive the next week. 2 weeks later no delivery. I emailed them, they assured me they were on the way. I emailed them another week later and asked them to cancel the order (3 weeks after delivery). They said they would refund me. Fine. I then received another email saying they were sending them. Nearly a month later, no bottles, no refund and no telephone number to talk to anyone. £20 down and still no water bottle and no refund...yet.

I ordered the buffalo horns for my dogs as I was going on holiday and wanted to get them a treat for the trip. I got back from the trip yesterday and I still haven't received the parcel.

Ordered and paid £60 for dog chews on 5th May. I’ve spent the last three weeks sending 7 emails to them and this is what I get back every time!!… Hello I’m sorry your order hasn’t arrived, I shall chase it up with our warehouse and ensure that it is despatched straight away, you should receive your tracking shortly. I am so sorry for any disappointment caused, please do let me know if I can help any further. I ordered a dog bed a while ago and despite multiple attempts at contacting for an update or delivery - still haven’t received the item or refund! Would not be using this site again.

Waited for 2 weeks for my dog food ,, had to go and buy from someone else when I run out of my dogs food. , with no correspondence on actual delivery date or time. Will NOT be ordering from this company again !!

Well if I had received my order I would be able to give a review .Been 3 weeks now and still nothing. Just keep getting fobbed off with them telling me they have sent it to the warehouse for there courier to pick up nothing happens
