“Waited over three weeks for the food to be delivered which was unexceptionable, I had to purchase food elsewhere which arrived within three days of ordering. Will not be ordering from here again .”

“Not only i haven't received my order yet that I've placed on 9th January, but also the lack of communication or updates about the delay of delivery is appalling! The day after I requested a full refund a sudden message appear that it was dispatched.. what a coinsidence! So where is my delivery then? Or is it coming from China or America thus the long delivery window? Because the tracking link doesn't work! So yeah, very disappointed with the service I've received. I'm requesting a full refund.”

“Well first off.. my order never seemed to arrive after receiving emails telling me it was waiting for a courier (utter tiddle). Then after demanding a refund several times.. I received radio silence. Then I discovered this company is run by a certain William James Wright who has a track record of starting company's Then not fulfilling orders and not paying refunds. Luckily I put a claim in with my bank and they are now dealing with it. I've no idea how William James Wright gets away with this.. the guys a lowlife.”

“Dosent even deserve 1 star I ordered on the 7th of dec 2022 after a few weeks of them saying it’s been despatched I emailed to say I want a refund still waiting for it now all I get is it will be with you in a few days, ring the phone number it just cuts of so no phone num even exsists so you have to keep waiting for email reply’s I’ve messaged on messanger and instagram had no reply it’s shocking I know it can take upto 14 days for a refund but still not receiving it by the 30th of January when you ordered 7th of dec is a joke.”

“Absolute disgrace of a so called company!!! Order a bag of food at nearly £50 it was never sent and they tried to string me along saying it will be delivered!! 4 wks later they said they would refund, No refund and stopped responding…. STAY WELL AWAY!!!!!!!!!”

“Placed my order 6.1.23, never received it. Exchanged emails, 2 weeks later told original order went missing and replacement order would be sent!! Another week on no sign of delivery!! I requested a full refund as I had to buy the products from a local pet store. I am informed a full refund will be made in 5 to 10 days. Will never place an order with this company again, they are totally unreliable.”
