CON ARTISTS…..AVOID AT ALL COSTS Ordered dog food at the beginning of March, never heard anything regarding delivery for a couple of weeks so email them. Was told my order was on its way. A week later still nothing so, emailed them again and was told that they were unable to fulfill my order so asked for a refund. That was at the end of March and still no refund. Emailed again and was told it would be back in my account 7 to 10 days, that was 3 weeks ago. I have now emailed them 5 times and they are now ignoring me. Not sure what to do now…I’m a single parent and work long hours so as not have to claim benefits and they’ve stolen my money and should be ashamed in this current climate. Very angry 😡

Didn't deliver.ive had to get my bank to refund my money.They wouldn't answer the phone and didn't return the calls Total waste of time

This is one big con company. I ordered some dog treats over a month ago and I keep getting a generic reply. I will be taking this company to the office of fair trading to see if they can sort my problem out. If you’re reading this NOT IN THE DOG HOUSE take note I am taking this further. I am not the only one with problems reading the reviews!!! you are ripping off many honest people… refund or deal with the authorities.

Order placed on 26/2/23 and never arrived! I contact the company on 16/3/23 and was told I would be issued a refund within 5-10 working days, this never happened. I contacted them again on 11th April to be told again they would refund me within 3 days, contacted again on 24th April, now being ignored. Still no refund and no product. Absolutely disgusting service. Beware! I definitely will not be ordering from them again!

Nearly one month later and still no Dog Food. Sent them many emails. First i was told it was shipped so i checked their website only to find out it had not been shipped. Later i asked again got the same reply shipped. await tracking number. Still no tracking number same replay every time, terrible company, dont use them. I am going through my CC company to get the money back. If it turns up one day with mould on it i will take it all back. Since then ordered from other company got it in two days.

I've been waiting for over a month for my dog food to be delivered. They don't respond to my emails so I have to keep sending them. That phone number we're given is a joke.

Dog treats ordered 24 th March. Marked as despatched April 3rd. No order received. I have emailed 5 times and keep being told my order has been despatched and that my tracking info will arrive soon. Clearly not!! I will be contacting trading standards. Disgraceful way to conduct a business.

Ordered 27 Feb. It took them 10 days to "despatch" the order (whcih it turns out they never did)....After 2 more weeks I gave up waiting for the delivery and cancelled the order. they confirmed a refund has been processed. that was 6 weeks ago. We are talking £40 of dog food here. pretty pathetic.

Dog Bed and blanket ordered over a month ago, several emails, just kept saying the order has been dispatched and clearly it has not been. I have not received any communication from a courier service so obviously the order has not reached them. The emails appear generic with no evidence of actual investigation. Requested either goods or a refund. Advice from Trading Standards is to try and resolve the issue with the company, if no result then they will investigate. This company is definitely In the dog house, be careful.

Do Not Order Here I ordered my puppy some raw food to arrive within a couple of days, five days later I recived an email stating that there was going to be a delay in shipping. I gave it a week and then contacted them to say I would not like the food as I am not comfortable giving my puppy raw food that has been in transit for weeks. I asked for a refund a month ago, they said they would issue one, however have still not received one despite ringing and calling multiple times. I never leave bad reviews but have to warn others since I don't want anyone else to be messed about like this!
