Appalling service. More than 2 weeks with no sign of dog food. No response from my emails, phone messages never responded to and no indication of when or if the product will arrive

I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole. I ordered two dog mats in October and they have still not arrived. No-one will answer my emails or my telephone calls. I must have tried to contact them at least 30 times They have in fact just stolen my money. Everyone beware. Terrible customer service.

The length of wait for delivery was very poor and even when the products did arrive this was only 2 bags of dog food out of the 3 ordered. I am still waiting for the third bag!!

I'm still waiting for my complete order I've only received half the order that was placed on the 21st of last month. Poor communication via automated email reply, try to ring and you get answer phone using an American voice. Dreadful just dreadful, think I've sent at least 12 emails. Going to report to ombudsman and get cash back via the bank. I highly do no recommend this company

Ordered food on 11.01.2023, still have not received my order. Have emailed numerous times and never get a reply. The helpline phone number never gets picked up so there is no way of contacting the company. I have had to contact my bank in order to get a refund as cannot contact anyone at the company. Lead time for the food was 2-3 working days and it has now been almost a month and a half. Appalling customer service, delivery and company. Will never use again.

I waited and waited and waited for my order. When I received it, it was wrong! I was short of a 15kg bag of dog food so nothing small. The treats i ordered were wrong too! I have emailed at least 6 times and have had one reply. U cannot talk to anyone as the message is always no one available at this time, it doesn' matter which time that is on any day!!!! They are rubbish I won't purchase again and I suggest you don't either!

No communication about a delay with my order, despite several attempts of me trying to make contact. No updated delivery issues when tracking my order, even took up a dispute against them and still no reply!! Will not be ordering again

I ordered dog food for my dog several weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. Sent them emails and only automated reply, telephoned them and got a answer phone message. Are they actually still there or are they taking money of customers but not providing what has been ordered. Shame on them.

So far my order hasn’t even arrived, yet I’m being asked to review it! I have sent several emails to chase and only had one reply from the first one. I’m really concerned that my order won’t ever arrive, and hope by posting about it, my order will materialise. My poor puppy really needs the coats I ordered so I hope it can be resolved soon.

Ordered a dog guard 3rd December 2022 didn’t arrive waited until after Christmas because of delays in post. Contacted they said they’d sent a replacement never arrived. Contacted them went to voicemail never got back to me. Emailed three times never replied never got refund. Disgusting shouldn’t be allowed to trade

Although the product is satisfactory the service was anything but. The dog raincoat was ordered online on 3.1.23 during a period of particularly bad wet weather. On 11 Jan in a communication from Will in Customer Services I was warned of a delay. I emailed cancelling my order and bought a raincoat from a high street pet shop. Nothing more was heard from Will. On 6 Feb 2023 the dog raincoat arrived - over 4 weeks from the original order being placed.
