“Tried to purchase weeks ago, no delivery. Refund promised, same outcome. This is a crazy org which makes multi promises and delivers nothing, except false reassurances, new promises which are unfulfilled. Avoid!”

“I have not received my order, I have contacted them multiple times, they have told me it’s been dispatched’ or that they have sent it to me again. Haven’t received anything despite emailing at least 4 times.”

“My order has not been delivered after one month. They say it has shipped, but have not given me a proof of delivery. They have now stopped answering my messages. I can't find a phone number for them so I could talk to someone and sort it out. If I could have given no stars I would have.”
