“I've been waiting 18 days for a delivery of Dog food... it still isn't here. Luckily Amazon can (and did) deliver within 2 days so my dog didn't starve (I ordered speciality Whippet food that you cant buy instore) Will refuse delivery and want a full refund. Don't waste your time buying from these guys. It seems like it isn't an isolated incident as our dog breeder claims to have had a similar problem. Would like to rate zero but sadly this isn't an option AVOID!!!!!”

“Waited 2 weeks for my order. Never arrived. Only had a response when I chased the order. Was told my order was in the warehouse, then a weekly later the order still hadn’t arrived so I asked for a refund. Never again”

“I would like to summarise the chain of events that has led us to today... In September last year I ordered a dog bed which took a phenomenally rapid 22+ days to be delivered and only after several chasers... I thought (clearly incorrectly) that I had been incredibly unlucky in my one experience of dealing with NITDH. Both the cat and the dog love this bed, so I (misguidedly, as it would appear) thought I would offer them another opportunity to redeem themselves when it became clear a second bed would be required. So on February 3, full of optimism, I placed an order and hoped that by paying the delivery fee of £3, or whatever they have the cheek to charge, I would receive this second bed in a more timely manner. A week passed, and no sign of anything, but then an email from NITDH! Not a delivery notice, but a delay. Fine, they'd run out of stock and had to source another bed, something it probably shouldn't take a week to establish, but I was at this stage still giving them the benefit of the doubt... Total silence for another 12 days then I finally get tan email, notifying me it has been dispatched! Yay, thought I. I have paid the delivery charge of £3 so my order should be here in about 3-5 days...! 6 days later, still no sign, so a quick email which is responded to saying "I can see your order has been dispatched, if you haven't received your tracking information yet, this should be with you shortly. " Amazingly it takes 6 days to get tracking info... so I leave it, for another week...still no tracking info...still no bed...BUT NITDH have (and this is incredibly comical) asked me to rate their service... so here I am. Over one month and no sign of my order, after a similar experience the first time around, I would not hesitate to recommend using any alternative supplier.”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, YOUR ORDER WONT ARRIVE AND YOU WONT GET A REFUND HOWEVER MANY TIMES YOU REQUEST ONE AND ‘TOM’ PROMISES TO SEND IT. THE COMPANY IS PROBABLY ABOUT TO GO TITS UP.”

“Do not use this company. Appalling experience. Ordered a dog coat and it never arrived. Emailed and did get a reply to say would send another but it again never arrived. Emailed/phoned - can't speak to a human being and no response to voicemails.”

“Awful!! Never sent a big order and now taking weeks and weeks for a refund. Had a couple of responses back saying please wait 5 to 10 days for a refund but nothing. Terrible company. Do not use”
