Order still not received and NO communication despite lots of emails. £50 totally wasted. Absolutely fuming. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I did not receive my order within the specified time it was 2 weeks late and I only have correspondence once from their customer services despite many emails that the dog cakes were too late and I didn’t want them . When they eventually arrived they were a waste of money as can get exactly the same in pets at home £2 cheaper

I recently returned an item in the original packaging and unopened and still haven’t received a refund three weeks later. I have written emails and yet no refund or response. After sales care…non existent!

We have still not received the frozen dog food that we ordered. This is the second attempt after placing an order previously which was never delivered, and after 3 months of chasing the refund we were promised we were told we could be sent a replacement instead. Despite being sent a dispatch notification over a week ago and chased up with customer services (with no response) we have still not received the order. After we have received either the order or the refund we will not be using this company again.

My full order was not sent. I have had to write several emails. The first was answered with an apology and was told you were arranging for the rest of order to be sent. I enquired as to delivery dates. No reply and since then no reply to. It is very rude not to reply plus the food is for puppies. I’ve had to go and buy food elsewhere. Because the order has still not come and you haven’t had the civility to simply reply . But you have my money My emails.

Great prices but where’s my order? Was so happy to find all the items I’d been looking for and at a great price but still, nearly a month after placing order (with all items being in stock) I’m still waiting! Emailed several times, to start with I had replies saying the order would be shipped asap but still nothing! (I’m in the UK - same as the company but have had orders from overseas arrive quicker within the same time frame!)

I ordered and paid for 3 doggie rain coats. 2 of the coats arrived after two weeks even though it said they should arrive within 5 days. I still haven’t received the third dog rain coat. I sent an email asking when it will arrive over 2 weeks ago but still hasn’t arrived. Coats are good quality but service very poor so unfortunately won’t be using the company again.
