Not even worth a single star. Ordered dog mixer a month ago. Still not delivered. Have been told twice that the warehouse will be dispatching goods. Promised a tracking number. Not received. Unable to contact anyone by phone. Standard computer generated answer to e-mails.

Paid £95.38 to William James Wright who owns Not In the Dog House I have had no dog food and no refund.This is a very corrupt company stay well away

I ordered cat food on the 31st October, and 17 working days later no sign of it! When I asked for proof of dispatch or a refund they simply stopped replying (they were very responsive to email prior to this). I wish I’d looked at reviews before ordering and saved myself the hassle. I’d give them zero stars if it was an option as they take your money and apparently deliver nothing.

I am sorry that I didn't read the reviews before I ordered. As with these customers, Not in the Dog House failed to deliver my order and then sent me a request asking me to review my goods and service. I have now been waiting 2 weeks for a refund. My advice, stay steer of them!

Waited 3 weeks for dog food. Still not arrived. Unhelpful customer service who might reply to your emails. I have now requested to cancel the order and hopefully will receive a refund. Don't waste your time.

Customer service is very poor, orders take for ever to even get tracking number for shipping you can't call directly or same with emails very poor will never purchase again from this company now 13 days later and only have two items out of four, but you say they have been shipped only received two dog coats and not robes A very unhappy customer

Ordered a supply of Poppy's picnic for my two dogs. No update on the order after a few days so requested to cancel. Told by customer services the order had been despatched, so waited again. A few days later, still no tracking information from the company. Emailed again and requested cancellation of order as I bought the dog food elsewhere due to the delay, this was actioned but no refund. Three weeks on and still no refund. Company is now not replying to emails, and unable to speak to Customer services. Will not be ordering anything from here again.

I received an email request to rate this company; even though I've never received my order I placed over two weeks ago. I cannot recommend this company. It is impossible to contact any human in the company and I suspect many of the email replies are computer generated. If you use Not In The Dog House please be aware they have little customer care.

We placed an order over a week ago and it still hasn't arrived - even though it is paid for! Your customer service communication is very poor - I am still waiting to hear back from them to tell me where my order is! I will not be using you again I am afraid or recommending you to others. I have had to go out and buy more dog food as the order hasn't come. If this feedback goes to your customer service team I would appreciate a call tomorrow (Monday 21st November) to explain what you are planning to do next having taken my money!

To be avoided. Poor communication, long delay in despatch. Finally applied for a refund via credit card co. - and then the parcel arrived. Still awaiting the outcome.

Not received my order, chased by email 3 times and got the standard response the first time but now they are ignoring my emails. Will have to get a refund through my credit card company.

One month later and I still haven’t received my order, so I’m not very impressed at all. The first couple of times I contacted them they have me a standard “lll chase the warehouse” response. And then they just stopped responding altogether. Before you order do yourself a favour and check Trust Pilot because it’s a common theme. Now trying to get a charge back via my credit card as of course I didn’t get a response to my request for a refund either :-( AVOID like the plague - they take your money, don’t deliver your goods and the customer service is non-existent :-(

When paying for delivery I don’t expect to receive the order 3 weeks later with no update from the company. I then sent an email to ask where my order was and if there was an update and didn’t receive a reply but the parcel turned up 2 days later…..

I have placed and order 22nd Oct 2022 and to date ( 18th Nov 22) that I’m tuping up this review have not received it. Tried to contacy customer service over the phone numerous times, left a voicemail. Emailed several times , haven’t always got a reply and still haven’t even got a tracking link. Payment was taken though in advance. My first ever order and a really bad experience. Cannot recomment at all.

I haven’t received my order yet and it has been more than 2 weeks, it’s not an acceptable time, wouldn’t order again.
