I was asked “ We’d love to hear how you and your pet enjoyed these products” Well, I’d love to tell you, but……. I still haven’t received the order, placed on 20th February. Despite being promised (again and again) that the goods were “in the warehouse” and “will be on their way shortly” l have given up. I have also been assured that my refund will be transferred within 5-10 working days. Avoid.

I have not received the product yet, despite several emails from the supplier saying it's on the way.

Unfortunately my order took 6 weeks to arrive. Contacting customer services is virtually impossible. Shame

I ordered from Not in the Dog House on 24th February - I am still waiting for the order to be delivered, they tell me the order has been dispatched but no tracking email received. Very poor service, was so happy to discover they sold the Webbox Chub Rolls.

Having paid for my item, after 20 working days I’m still waiting to receive it! I’ve been advised it’s been dispatched but still waiting for confirmation from courier that they’re in receipt. Very disappointed new customer who will nog be buying from this company again!

My order was still not here after nearly 2 weeks of ordering it and I never received any tracking information even though they said I would receive it. Customer service is absolutely shocking and I am now awaiting a refund which will take upto 10 days. Not holding my breath but if not received will be taking this further.

Absolutely terrible. Placed an order and it never arrived. Chased by phone and email to be told it would be sent. 1 month later still never received and still waiting for my refund!

Worst experience I had! Absolutely no customer service! 1st order never came and no refund was given! 2nd order was wrong and no replacement was made! Now Im away to crufts without a lead and food!!

Still waiting for my order. Order no - 120925. I paid £29.41 on 24th February. I have received a response to my email But still no food for my dog. I was a new customer but not impressed at all. Waiting for a delivery or a refund

Like the many many appalling reviews, I too have experienced exactly same trail of email responses. Now attempting to obtain refund through dispute with payment method. Please do notcenter in to ordering from this Company.

Appalling service. Ordered early jan and was told 10 days max for delivery. Almost two months on and no order. Emailed and told them not to bother and requested a refund. Was told 5-10 days for it to be issued and yet still nothing through. Poor poor service and extremely disappointing

Ordered £165 - 00 of Royal Canin dog food back in Feb, been chasing ever since. No reply no phone answered looks like I have lost my money. Being a pensioner this is a real blow. Please don’t place any orders with them or you will lose your money. Contacted trading standards and Resolver but still no luck in getting my order or refund.

First time over ever heard of or used this company. Ordered 23rd February. 9th March and several emails later, no dog food for me. Had an app pushed on me 'shop' immediately after order to supposedly track it. That showed misleading and incorrect information and was completely pointless. Promised tracking information was never given after dispatch email. Finally after chasing today telling them I was ordering elsewhere they just said they would refund me. Meanwhile my dogs food supply has dwindled. Very poor experience.

I placed an order on the 17th of February and I am still waiting for the product to be delivered. My last email from them was the end of February and they claimed it had been dispatched, well today is the 20th March and still no dog food.They have now stopped replying to my emails and they never answer the telephone. Do yourself a favour go through a reputable company who do give a damn.

Absolutely terrible. They took my money, and never delivered anything. I have emailed and made calls several times and they haven't responded, apart from once when they lied about my order being 'in the warehouse'. They are definitely in the dog house with me, and will be subject to a small claims court claim very soon.

Do not use this company. I stupidly ordered a £60 dog bed from them that hasn’t been received. They have twice told me that the item has been despatched but on both occasions I haven’t received a tracking number and have asked for it several times. I’ve tried to ring them but nobody answers the phone. This is a lesson for me, if you haven’t used a company before do some research before using them. If I’d have seen all the negative comments I wouldn’t have touched them with a barge pole! 😡

Still haven’t received product yet Website stated 5 days - this is way beyond that time. Contacted company who said it was dispatched and I should receive a tracking number - haven’t received one so far and that’s been 3 days from that message
