Unfortunately not had a good experience waited for a month for it to be Disbatched connected you by email , and response was I should receive tracking info soon. No explanation why it’s taken so long and still not received my order

It took 2 weeks to arrive and when I repeatedly asked for information, I was fobbed off and then I was ignored. As this is food for my pet I think 2 weeks is way too long and I need to be informed of any problems or delays. If I was told how long it would take I would have been prepared when in fact I had to put my dog on another food that has not agreed with her. I will not be using this company again and I would caution anybody else.

I’m afraid I’m dissatisfied with the service. I ordered a collar 13 days ago and still haven’t received it. Payment was taken the day after the order was taken.

Terrible. Don’t buy from them. I bought a dog bed over a month ago, still haven’t received it. Sent multiple emails and I get an automated message back “your order has left and tracking information will follow”. Worst customer service. Still waiting for a refund or my dog bed.

Order placed 14.April. No delivery. No communication. Cancelled order and still awaiting refund. Next step reporting, like others, to Trading Standards.

The product is not even arrived yet. And too much delays. There were no updates about the order for more than three weeks. After contacting customer support and asked refund but no replying. After several days of asking refund, the status of order changed as "Shipped". But no one provided ETA of shipment or tracking information.

I have been waiting for 6 weeks for this item to be delivered. Unbelievably poor customer service when trying to track the item. I have now received a review and my item still hasn't arrived! My suggestion is to not use this company!

Do not use this company. Failed entirely to deliver despite telling me twice that my order had been dispatched. Having cancelled the order I was promised a refund which failed to appear. Currently with my payment card issuer for reimbursement.

I ordered my first bag of dog food and was told it will take 2-5 days but it took about 6 weeks! Which is no good if my dog needs runs out and I need it quickly!?

Despite numerous emails promising the goods had been shipped they never were. Then we were promised a refund that never arrived! We managed to get the money back through our credit card.

Ordered some treats for our puppies on the 18th of April and they have still to be delivered 3 weeks on, I emailed to see what was happening on my order on the 3rd May and magically the order went to shipped, now over a week later and still no treats

Terrible service. Ordered on the 15th April and it’s now the 11th May and I still don’t have my order. They told me on the 24th of April it was dispatched even though the app shop said different. Sent several emails and been ignored. Update received on 5th May saying it has been dispatched and still not received. Will never use again. My dog would have died of starvation if I was depending on them. They’re also over priced. Bought the same food from pets at home cheaper

Delivery timescales way out and I had to chase. Then advised the order would be expedited which never happened. Cancelled order then advised a refund would be made. Didn’t happen then surprisingly the order arrived. Communication within the company non existence. Won’t be using again.
