“Item was not delivered. I spent weeks chasing the company to ask for an update as the items was never delivered.. When i did hear a response, I was promised it was being delivered and tracking info would be sent. I never received this. Now waiting on a refund, which again, is taking forever too! Shocking service.”

“Do not order from this company. Firstly they don’t have the items they show on their website in stock secondly they do not refund your payment when the order is cancelled. Terrible company. Thankfully, after notifying my bank and raised a dispute my bank have refunded my account.”

“Two weeks and I still haven’t received my order. They say it’s shipped but there is no tracking number and no evidence it’s on its way. Good thing I was able to get next day delivery from another store so my dogs didn’t go hungry”

“Placed my order in the 25/02, cancelled my order with Tom on the 02/03, due to the delay in delivery. To then receive an email on the 06/03 advising me my order is on its way. It’s now the 13/03, still no refund or my item, no response to my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”
