Ordered dog food and paid for 5 day delivery. Order went through twice, so requested a refund on the same day that order was placed 6 days later still waiting for dog food and refund. Email saying dog food will be delayed! Not impressed with this company at all. No one gets back to you

This company does not even deserve 1 star. I waited over a month for a dog food order which never arrived. They kept telling me it was on it's way but this was clearly not true. I requested a refund as I had needed to go elsewhere for the item and 3 weeks later I am still waiting for it - I am doubtful I will ever receive it. Do not buy from this 'company', they're service is appalling.

Made an order, never arrived, asked flr a refund never received. Customer service are very good at getting back to you but not doing anything. Would advise not to order from this company. Have paid via my credit card so will contact them now to take further and reimburse me

I had to cancel the order because dispatch was so slow, 10+ days later still haven’t had a refund. Very difficult to speak with anyone….

Absolutely shocking!!!! Paid for dog food 18th July and had a couple of emails to say that sorry there’s a delay!! Still waiting and everytime I’ve emailed them I don’t have a response! What a sham of a company ripping so many people off!!

Ordered and paid for a dog bed that never arrived mid July. Never arrived despite being told that it had been sent and a tracking number would be sent. Mid August as in now still no bed, so cancelled it is full and requested a refund. The order was cancelled straight away which proves that the bed hadn't been sent in the first place. Have been chasing a refund ever since and nothing refunded. The company are now ignoring my mails so my bank is dealing with a dispute for us. Avoid at all costs - awful service!!!!!!

I recently ordered some dog chews in July which never appeared, I chased them up and they kept telling me they had despatched it but I never received tracking details. Eventually in August I cancelled the order and requested a refund unfortunately to date I am still chasing this up. I wish I had read the reviews they are the worst Company I have ever dealt with. SP

This is a follow up to a previous review. Despite numerous attempts to get a refund due to a non delivery, this was never received. Went to credit card and requested a charge back, which was successful. The temerity of this bunch of ***** - they have only gone and challenged the refund - it has been deemed invalid by the card company it they still have a second bite of the cherry if they want it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Unfortunately I’ve not received my order yet. I placed the order almost two weeks ago. However when I emailed Not In The Dog house they replied straight away and said they would look into it. Hopefully I’ll receive the order soon - and it will be worth the wait!

The dog bed I ordered was never dispatched and obviously never received even after two enquiries from me. I now await my refund which has not yet occurred either and judging from reviews on Trustpilot I am expecting to have to fight for it. Very poor service overall.

My delivery never turned up. I contacted them so many times that I lost count. I finally got a reply to say let them know and they would replace it. I did. Never heard from them again. Terrible communication and they have nearly £40 of my money that I will never get back. Do not use!

My order did not arrive, after several emails they sent a replacement order. Half the replacement I did not order because they were foods my dog is allergic to. Have had all subsequent emails ignored and now I have been blocked. No refunds no proper replacements. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
