Items returned in as new condition with proof of postage 2.5 weeks ago. Sent 3 emails without a reply and crucially no refund and no goods in hand. A thoroughly disappointing experience which I hope turns out for the best. If anything improves I will update my honest review.

Didn’t receive item nor did I receive my refund unbelievably disappointed in both. Company took my £30 and silence.

False promises of delivery and would receive tracking info then told order couldn't be fulfilled!! Finally got the refund.

I’m surprised to be asked for review when you’ve stopped responding to my emails - you have taken my money and never supplied any goods and I’m pursuing a charge back through my credit card company - I know I’m not alone in wishing I’d never heard of your company

Goods not received and no refund. I would advise everyone to avoid dealing with this company if they want to avoid being ripped off.

Still chasing order from 16th October, reply on 3rd Nov said they would chase warehouse and update. Still awaiting update, no order received, no replies to emails, no answer when telephoning. Yet now you want a review!

First time order, never again. Goods not received after nearly 3 weeks. Poor communication but did refund after me chasing twice. Make sure you order at least a month before you run out of dog food as otherwise your dog will get hungry waiting for delivery.....

Order placed over 30 days ago, no delivery and no update. Customer service very slow, have had no reply to emails I’ve sent regarding missing delivery. Emailed requesting a refund if the order could not be fulfilled, no reply. Tried to call numerous times and no answer during working hours, got to “voicemail” immediately. Will definitely not be ordering again. Such a shame as Not in the dog house have a brilliant range, and this is only my first order.

Unfortunately I can't give a minus number of stars - therefore I have given one star. If only I could tell you how much my dogs enjoyed the products but sadly we have not received them even though they were ordered 27 days ago. Apparently the order is now with the courier we heard yesterday but nothing from the courier yet. In the meantime I had to source the dog food elsewhere which was delivered within 4 days.

Still have not received my order or a refund after more than 6 weeks, nor any reply to my emails for 2. Basically thieves sorry didn’t have option for zero stars

As far as I am concerned this company is in the dog house. They did not fulfil my order and they do not reply to emails. There is also no contact phone number. They have effectively stolen from me and I am pushing a claim through the credit card company. DO NOT USE.

I ordered a dog coat which took 3 weeks to arrive. It was unsuitable so contacted the company to arrange a return and refund. The item, in perfect condition, was delivered back to them 2 weeks ago - no refund, no reply to emails, no reply to phone calls - for your own sake do NOT use this company

ORDER NOT RECEIVED I placed an order on the 30th September and I still have not received it, despite you saying you will ship again I’ve sent many emails and never receive a reply!!!!! First time over ordered from you and it will be my last You keep asking me to do a review but you never post what I say which is what is written here My advice would be to stay clear of this company, they don’t even have a landline to get them on and never respond to messages left
