“Still not recieved dog food. Ordered on 28th of March. Made various enquiries as to when it would be dispatched...kept getting told it had, when it hadn't been. Fed up waiting. !!”

“Havnt recieved my order after 3 weeks. I've emailed several times for a refund then miraculously the item was apparently dispatched when infact the oder has only been sent to the warehouse. I have still pushed for a refund but my requests have been ignored.Not sure if I will ever see my order or a refund. This was my first time ordering from here and will certainly be my last. I have now had to re order elsewhere which by the way I recieved straight away! Avoid avoid avoid !!!”

“Ordered a simple pack of chicken neck treats for my dog. And 1st an apology for none in stock. To then on way with tracking. No problem but month or so later no delivery. Won't and certainly don't recommend. Still waiting for refund”

“I placed an order for delivery in 5 business days and in 7 business days it had still not arrived. This meant my dog did not have the item for her kennel stay. Very frustrating and poor communication. I was told it had been dispatched and it hadn’t been. I like to support mall businesses always, but I’m afraid I will not be ordering from you again.”
