Ordered dog food from here, got an email saying it was dispatched and to wait for tracking, after 1 month and many emails chasing my order I asked for refund. They said yes and would process it. The next day I got a dispatch email and tracking details of them posting it out. Would never order from here again and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Appalling company, please don't order from them like I did. Read their reviews first!! I wish I had. Still hadn't received my order after 3 weeks. I had to get my bank involved to ask for my money back, I then got an email to say my order had been dispatched and would be delivered the next day, it never arrived! When it eventually turned up only half of it was sent out. I'm still waiting for "Not in the dog house" to respond to my email asking where the rest of my order is or are they going to refund me. I don't hold out much hope getting either. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Still haven't received my parcel after a month i asked for a refund but no reply i wish i had read the review as there was lots of the same not had the parcels i dont know why you are still trading and should be reported

I ordered some Arden Grange Dog Food from this company on 23rd December, by 29th it was apparently on its way. I never did receive my order, the company did not supply me with a tracking order despite requesting, so as I was unable to follow up, the responsibility remained with them. I have since requested a refund and although this was also stated as on its way, I've never received this either. One to chalk up to experience but I certainly won't buy from them again or recommend to friends.

I’ve been had too - NOT a real website. Disgraceful. They take your money and send nothing. DO NOT USE!!!!! Police should be alerted as sound trading standards. CRIMINALS.

Still waiting for my order which was placed on 1st February 2023 reading other reviews it seems I don't have any hope of receiving it in the near future. A shame thought I was supporting a small business!

Never received my order, told this company that I need my order due to being disabled and I had a puppy so I needed the carrier to make sure my puppy is safe, and my puppy is deaf. I have never had to deal with such a bad company in my entire life before. I ordered my item at the beginning of January but it constantly contacted then to find out what was going on. I emailed them over 14 times. I was given a fake tracking number. I wasn’t able to get my puppy to the vet to get her jabs, as I didn’t have the carrier that I needed. Because I can’t use my wheelchair and hold my puppy safely.

Took 3 weeks to receive my order, of which was vastly incomplete and contained cheaper brands of goods then I had paid for. Very disappointed. DO NOT USE, I certainly won't again.

Ordered a dog bed and i got a response from my email , they said it was in the warehouse , asked when they would be posting out and no response , surely tis company carnt just take money and get away with it .

Took 3 weeks to actually arrive, despite being told it had been dispatched, when it finally arrived the packaging was torn, and 2 of the squeakers inside the toy don't work, altogether very dissatisfied

Ordered dog food on the 13/2. Still not received by 25/2. Had to email numerous times as nobody ever available to answer the phone. I want my refund and will be taking legal action if I do not get it. Seems am not the only one to be subjected to this abysmal customer service.
