“was not happy as there was know customer service the phone i rang 18 times i got the same answer this phone is not taking calls or something i dont think there is a customer service as if i got my order with in the time i was told i would of got it i would of spent pounds and pounds with them if only they were to change there ways towatds picking up the phone how hard is it the emails i sent the returns i got was word to word the same we will get back but it din work its a shame as the food is dam good they need to do more home work on customer service with picking up the phone and emailing proper, Take care Regards Dave”

“Unfortunately not good. Took over a week to despatch. Had to chase twice was told it had been despatched when it hadn't. Took further 4 days and another follow-up to confirm. Last time received.no response. Sorry, but service extremely poor.”

“it tooks weeks to receive my purchase with little communication as to why - I also joined the loyalty scheme but didnt get my discount and emailed twice which fell on deaf ears. Which is a shame as I was tempted to buy more from them but after this experience why would i?”

“The dog food I ordered took 6 weeks to arrive!! I chased it up with numerous emails. In the end I wasn't expecting to receive it, but at last it did come. Would not order through them again.”

“I think it has been very poor as only got half my order, had emails saying there had been a mess-up with the order but have not heard anymore you have had my money for the order but still have not got it I have had to pay out more money for replacement food so if you could refund the money to me.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD TO RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY. I ordered dog food and treats in July. They processed my payment of £140 immediately. No goods have ever been received. Excuses, most emails ignored, eventually email confirmation they have refunded, but no refund ever received. They've had my money since July. It's now September. They are still 'trading' - or at least taking innocent customers' money. From my experience they are no more than common thieves.”
