“Wish I had seen reviews b4 buying. Didn't expect a company with a professional looking website and good food for our dogs was going to be bad service. No food has turned up after a week of order, only an email to say sorry it's running late. (Automatic email, not personally written) Awaiting refund.”

“I ordered (and paid for!) three items in June that never arrived, I have chased via email countless times and despite being told another order would be sent out, I have received nothing. My last email requested a full refund... still nothing! There is no phone number on the website to chase. Terrible customer service!”

“Despite many emails with automatic replies that your tracking number will be coming shortly There is no other way of contacting this company, They have my £56 and I have no dog bed a complete rip off. Do not use this company.”

“My order was cancelled on the 19/7/23 was told it would take 5 -10 days it is now 13/8/23 have still not received my refund and they have ignored my most recent e-mail will try again tomorrow”

“The item which cost £30 never showed up. The first email promised delivery and tracking details to follow. Nothing showed up. It's now almost 3 months down the line and my emails are now just ignored.”

“Awful experience. Should have looked into these cowboys before placing an order, and would have realised they starred on Watchdog recently. Firstly they charged me twice for my order, and took £232 off me instead of £116. And secondly I am sat here almost 3 weeks later with neither of the orders, despite being assured that half the money was being refunded and the order was on it's way. Please do not order from them. Read the reviews (the real ones, not the selected ones they use on their website).”

“ordered two dog beds - not arrived - generic emails received to enquiries as per all others- my mistake putting them on c card when order under 100 so no s75 available to save me - however i have directors home address as per companies house - i live in yorkshire so might just visit with some friends about our missing products and have a frank discussion”

“2kg bag of Burns dog food missing from my order (which took 2 weeks to arrive). I ordered one bag dried, two boxes of wet and one bag of treats. Received the two boxes and 2 bags of treats! Contacted company they asked for my order number and since then nothing. Customer service is appalling, automated reply’s and no telephone number. Won’t be ordering again.”
