Ordered dog food 21st April still no delivery nor contact sent emails left messages today 5th May !!!! No customer service at all sadly don’t call them auto service telling you nobody taken calls !!! Email is dire service also Still no delivery or update delivery reference????

I did not receive my items and they promised me a refund after 12emails telling me refund is on its way 14 days later still no refund , so unhappy

Ordered some items at the beginning of April. Items still haven't been delivered, communication has been poor. Still no idea on when my items will be delivered.

After nearly a month I am still waiting for my products that the money has been taken for, despite emailing and chasing a tracking number I keep getting the same automated response. Poor service and cannot comment on the products as I have not received them.

I placed an order with you on April 5th and after sending 2 emails it has still not arrived!!! I'm not very impressed with this service and would think twice before placing another order!

Absolutely terrible service. I really wanted to start using more small businesses for online purchases, but this is exactly why people stick with Amazon etc. I received an email on 20/04/2023 to say that my order (placed on 11/04/2023) was on its way. I tried to call customer service (no answer) and then emailed them again, no reply. It is now 04/05/23 and I still don’t have my order (which I have now had to purchase from a pet store, as the pet turned up! 🐶). Would not recommend wasting your time with these guys.

I ordered dog food on 1 April and I am still waiting - I have chased this both by e mail and telephone where I left a message - but no response- I have received 4 emails telling me the food had been despatched and I would get a tracking number - never happened- Tom said he had cancelled my order and credited me and it would take up to 5/10 working days to show in my account. Today is day 10 and still not in my account.

Placed order on the 13th April and still haven’t received it, sent numerous email enquiries and left messages on their answer phone, told the item was dispatched and tracking number to follow, still no tracking number or item, requested full refund but no response as yet, can’t believe I have been drawn into ordering from this company as I’m usually so careful 😡

I ordered dog food 3 weeks ago it has still not arrived. I have had to buy replacement food in the meantime. I've contacted customer services and they have just said it has been dispatched, I have no timescale and not been contacted by any courier. I havent had an apology or a refund and I can't afford to buy anymore food for my dog. I am disgusted with this. Everywhere else I buy the food from online it arrives with 3 days.

Terrible. Took 6 weeks to receive an item and whenever I emailed them all they would say is a tracking email will be with you shortly.
