Dog bed never arrived, very poor customer service, and I still haven’t received a refund.

Appalling service. Order made for dog biscuits on 2nd March, money taken same day and still order hasn’t arrived. I have had to buy 2 bags of biscuits since ordering. Have now asked for a refund

Delivery was so long with no customer service at all, it was so bad I asked for a refund which they have confirmed but I’m still waiting for the full refund and no one is answering my emails. It’s a shame but I won’t be using them again as good basic customer service is not hard

It's been 2 weeks since placing my order and still no delivery! Trying a new 'family' run business rather than Amazon, Pets at home etc Very disappointed!

This company's "customer care" is non-existent! Do not be duped into sending them money as I placed an order with them on Monday 6 March for James Wellbeloved dry dog food at £51.99. I received an email to confirm my order which stated I would receive a further email from their courier once the order had been collected for delivery. On Tuesday 14 March with no contact from the courier I contacted Not in the Dog House directly and was advised by Amy that she would chase it up with the warehouse and have it dispatched straight away. Since then, nothing! I have since checked reviews of this company (should have started here) and found this to be a common complaint. I have now requested a full refund but won't be holding my breath for that going by the experience of other duped victims. I suspect I may have to resort to contacting my bank.

After two plus weeks the dog lead purchased still has not arrived. Not possible to contact Not in the Dog House by phone, emails I have sent have been responded too but no advice provided as to when I can expect delivery of the lead. A very disappointing experience. Not unreasonable to expect delivery of goods purchased within a reasonable time frame.

I placed an order online and I was waiting for nearly two weeks without getting any tracking information or the item that I ordered. I sent two emails to find out what happened and they told me that they will deal with the issue. Unfortunately on my third email I cancelled the order! I placed a similar order from an other online pet shop and I had next day delivery! You need to look issue like that if you want to keep your business running in the future.

No dog food delivered. No response to emails or calls. Can’t speak to anyone. Terrible service and definitely won’t be using them again. Save your money and go elsewhere!

I really don't like writing negative reviews but I've made contact with the supplier several times and still the goods have not arrived, not even had any tracking information which is promised on despatch. Now I've been sent a request to feedback on how much my dog enjoyed the food that hasn't been delivered!

Do not make a purchase from this company. They take your money , cancelled the order as they couldn’t tell me when it’s going to be delivered ( dog food) and the refund never comes- avoid

Ordered in good faith from company. Charged straight away. No goods arrived, contacted them told dispatched but could not track, still it did not arrive! Repeated contact, same stiry, same no dispatch or tracking! Still no delivery. Contacted them to cancel order and receive refund. Apologies given and assurance of refund being made. Still awaiting refund for monies taken! Do not use use this Company.

I've bought over £45 of dog food and it hasn't been delivered. They are refusing to answer emails and the phone number goes to answerphone. Don't use this company you'll be wasting your hard earned money. How not to run a company.
