Horrendous shop. Order placed well over a month a go and still not arrived. Told multiple times it's shipped and would receive tracking information "soon" but never did. Customer service never did anything to help or offer any advice. Don't waste your money with them!

Still haven't received my dogs biscuits, ordered 2 weeks ago. Great prices, but terrible service, having to chase this up, with an attentive. but seemingly powerless customer service associate.

Been nearly three weeks now since I ordered from not in the dog house. Not received my order from them. Nothing yet has been done by there customer service team . Still waiting.

My order has taken over 3 weeks to arrive. No updates have been given even and it's hard to contact their customer support. No tracking so no idea where the item is and we're still waiting...

I have still not received my order which was ordered over a week ago update on this review is still not arrived. When I contact them there just say my dog food is in it way .. by the time I receive it it will be our of date . Its well over a month now

Ordered 8 March - apparently despatched but no sign of dog food. Cancelled order 20 March and requested refund. 5-10 days apparently. Email received 28 March order on its way! It’s now 05 April - No dog food. No refund. Dogs starved! Appalling customer service. Will never use again

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, See if I could I would give 0 stars, I ordered 8th march, 4 weeks later I’m still waiting on what I ordered from them. What an absolute nightmare of a company to deal with, constant emails to them to find out where my stuff was to be told it’s been sent to the warehouse to it’s been despatched etc etc. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. To say I recently purchased from this company is not entirely correct. I actually paid them £62.99 and nearly a month later I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. It is impossible to speak to someone on the phone. Their reply emails are virtually all the same but with a different name on them. All I can hope for is my credit card will be able to return my money to me after the 30 days has passed. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

I haven't received any goods even though they again said was going to be dispatched and a tracker number would be sent for which I am still waiting for. I am so fed up and just want my mo ey returned £45 or I will be contacting g Trading Standards

nothing has arrived despite me asking many times - placed my order on March 19th. Still no news of a refund after many months. I can only say do not do business with this company. You cannot speak to anyone and the emails are all generic an nothing happens. Very upset

Order was not sent out for some reason so after around 7-10 days made contact by email as couldn't get through on the phone. 8 attempts, they apologised by email, said they cancell the order and refund......so ordered from somewhere else...no refund from them but order was delivered 7 days later.....so ended up doubling up unnecessary Will not use again.

Absolute thieves! Paid for two sacks of horse balancer in December. One received a month later. Despite emails and telephone calls and registering a complaint with Resolver no response. DO NOT BUY Check out other reviews.

I received two dog beds which were not big enough for my dogs and were smaller in size to the measurement on the website, my dogs are medium size dogs and these were medium beds but too small. I wrote twice to customer services and left a telephone message. I got no reply so far and its been a couple of weeks, I think 3 now
