I've been waiting for an order since January 9th. you stopped responding to email. I feel betrayed .

Appalling experience. Having not received any delivery or dispatch update after 2 weeks, 3 emails were sent and a call made to cancel the order. None were responded to. Order was sent in any case after over 3 weeks, despite cancellation request. Retailer now ignoring refund requests.

Oredered item on 2nd Feb had to chase up delivery. Had to set up dispute with clearpay and then finally received item on 20th. Correspondence awful.

I placed an order for Dental sticks on 4th February. - On 9th February I sent an email to chase my order as I had neither received it, nor had any update. - In response I received an email from Amy in Customer Services saying my goods had been despatched - On 11th February I received an update saying "Sorry your order is taking longer than usual" and I would be notified when it was despatched - On 12th February I sent another email to Customer Services pointing out the two contradictory emails and asking when I might get my order - On 13th February I received an email saying my order was on its way and I would receive a tracking number from the courier - It is now 20th February. I still have not received my order, nor any tracking number. What I have received today is a request asking me to review the goods purchased!! If only I could This is the first time I have ordered from Not in the Dog House and I can safely say it will be the last.

I ordered some dog mixer food , was told it would take 3/5 days after 14 days of being told it’s in transit I cancelled the order . Still waiting to get my money back !!!!! Won’t be using these again sorry !

Told my order was delayed. Then my order just didn’t turn up. So I ordered elsewhere. I had to email Not in the Dog House three times to tell them not to bother as I have sourced the dog food else where. A few weeks later and I’m still waiting for my refund! I would love to say I recommend this company as it is a small company who would appreciate any new business but first impressions last and I do not recommend this company on my own experience and won’t be using again.

Money taken, two weeks later no product received, this seems to be a theme with this company, received an email to say delivery has failed twice, I know this to be 100% incorrect, asking for confirmation of address details is clearly a stalling technique. Time to redeem yourself guys where's my refund?

Nothing received to date- ordered several weeks ago; large shampoo and dog food container. Sent various emails. Keep being told order is dispatched and I will receive a tracking number soon. About to request a refund. I do not trust this company.

Order #119191 Purchase didn't arrive, emailed 5 times, called 3 times and still nothing. Now waiting for a full refund but expect I will have to force my bank's involvement as do not trust I will get my money back with any ease. Looking at other recent reviews, I won't hold my breath for an easy refund either.

Avoid at all costs. Wish I could give 0 stars. Product ordered 27/12/22 payment taken next day for that plus 5 day delivery. After a few weeks I emailed and was told it had been dispatched, it hadn't. After a month I rang them they don't answer the phone or reply to messages left. Emailed again insisting on a refund which I was told would take 5 to 10 days. Another month on no Product no refund and no cares given by this disgusting company. Need to be shut down. Will be going to trading standards
