“I am still waiting for delivery of my order after waiting 2 months. I have contracted you several times with an h rial poor response and now no response at all. I have paid you and you have not provided me with the goods I ordered. Do not use this company!”

“Absolutely appalling service. They happily took my money, but did not deliver my order. There is no customer service telephone number. I chased by email and was fobbed off. Steer well clear of this company!”

“I initially received a short note apologising for item being late. When it eventually arrived it was wrong colour. Now I cannot get any response when requesting return & refund details. Absolutely abysmal.”

“Uncontactable by phone. Conflicting in e-mails. Order appearing to not be getting fulfilled, cancelled but no refund issued despite an extensive period of time allowed for it to arrive in account. Extremely poor all round. Seems I am one of many, many customers to go through this. Not acceptable.”

“Dissatisfied with this service. The items I ordered never arrived and the tracking link was to an app that I had never heard of and had to download. Eventually I asked for a refund which they gave me but did not offer any explanation.”

“I've yet to receive a dog blanket ordered 30.05.2023. I've received just one email reply to numerous chasers asking about the whereabouts of said blanket. This reply states , 'we'll send you another'. I haven't received confirmation of despatch of either blanket. I haven't to my knowledge received a refund as requested two weeks ago. I won't be ordering from Not in the Doghouse again. Nor could I recommend them to anyone who cares to ask... Poor indeed.”

“Received order but a whole tray of forthglade 18x trays was missing. Ive emailed numerous times with no reply, no contact number either so how do you recifty this issue . Very poor at least if have no contact number then make sure emails are answered!!”

“Took ages to receive not even half of the order and still waiting for a refund for the items not received and getting no response to my emails. I was told the refund was done 25 May and here we are on 5 July and I am still waiting and being ignored/not replied to. Would not recommend ordering from this company. This is my first experience with them. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever.”
