“Terrible service only received one of the dog beds that I ordered, so now £50 out of pocket. Told by automated email that the 2nd bed was on its way but still nothing so I have reported this company to trading standards as it seems there are many people in the same boat as me! Avoid dealing with this company! They do not answer phone & all emails are just automated!”

“Just the same as the other reviews, placed my order on the 17th January 2023 and it's now the 31st no sign of my dog food and they have now stopped replying to my emails and they dont answer the phone. I have paid £44 and received nothing. I strongly advise not to use this company, I have made a complaint via the SHOP app and I'm waiting to hear from them hopefully they can sort this out and get my refund.”

“After over a fortnight’ of waiting for my product which I purchased I’m still left waiting ! I have emailed the company 3 times and rang and left a voicemail to ask for a update on delivery. As yet no customer service staff has bothered to actually contact myself to update and apologise. Only automated email response. Very poor service, poor communication and won’t be purchasing again or recommending this company to other companies. Requested a full refund now !!”
