“Do not this company! Non existent communications, do not return calls, state item has been shipped when it hasn’t! I have been waiting since 20th March for a dog bed to arrive, it still hasn’t despite trying many times to contact them asking for details of delivery!”

“I ordered dog food on 3 March. I was told on 6 March that it was in transit and on 9 March that there was a delay. It never arrived, so I notified my credit card company and the dog food manufacturer of the situation. The dog food manufacturer supplied an alternative within 3 days. Your company informed the dog food manufacturer that I had been refunded - I had not. The dog food arrived today - a mere 6 weeks later......”

“I ordered some dog food at the beginning of March. I waited a couple of weeks and then chased up with an email as not received. Got a reply saying they’d look into it. Heard nothing. Chased again a week later. Received an email saying been resent. That was over a week ago and still no food. Tried to support a company other than amazon. But just not the same service. Will chase again!”
