“Totally useless to shop with...waited 2 weeks for my order then I had to demand a refund told 5 to 10days so they have had ,£25 of my.money for nearly 4 weeks disgusting service....Avoid....”

“I ordered 2 dog coats which didn’t fit I returned them last November. And still waiting for a refund of £44. Customer service is terrible fob me off with staffing issues. They sort my refund don’t reply. And can’t ring anyone up says wrong number. Buy nothing from this company it is terrible.”

“I ordered a dog food bin around 4 weeks ago now and the item still hasn't arrived. I have sent several emails requesting a follow up and now my money back and have had little to no response. AVOID THIS COMPANY”

“Shambolic outfit who take your money and don’t deliver despite numerous chaser emails which they do not respond to. They have not refunded me as I asked and it is now six weeks since I placed my order. There’s no telephone number also denying their customers right of access. They show zero regard to customer service but they are quick to take your money. Appalling and shameful. Do not use this outfit - they are abysmal”

“DO NOT USES THIS COMPANY - they take you money and don't deliver 🤬 I placed an order on the 2nd of Sept, it is now the 1st October and I still haven't received my goods. I have chased numerous times. 1st time on the 13th Sept and was told (I’m sorry your order hasn’t arrived, I shall chase it up with our warehouse and ensure that it is despatched straight away, you should receive your tracking shortly. I am so sorry for any disappointment caused, please do let me know if I can help any further) 2nd time on the 20th Sept 3rd time on the 23rd Sept and was told (Thanks for your message. I can see your order has been dispatched, if you haven't received your tracking information yet, this should be with you shortly. I'm really sorry about the delay) 4th time on the 26th Sept, and received this (Your order is on the way. Your order has gone to the warehouse and is on the way. You will be sent a tracking number directly from our couriers as soon as your order has been collected by them. Chased again on the 28th and again today 1st Oct. All I can say is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are dreadful, they have had my money for over a month, you can't call them only email.”

“Delivery took too long, totally get that as sometimes post out with control but I emailed several times before item had been posted to cancel order as I needed item to go on holiday so bought elsewhere, emails were answered when issue of late postage was discussed but ignored when I asked to cancel order as I had to order elsewhere for quicker delivery. I always shop local and with family run businesses but wouldn’t use you again unfortunately.”

“I ordered 8 days ago.1st i was told my order had been dispatched then 3 days later was told it had only just reached the warehouse and had not yet been dispatched.im still waiting and still no tracking info.i chose this company as the site said all orders processed in 48 hours.im now having to spend more money a d bus fare to do a 6 mile round trip to buy from a shop as my dog needs this food badly.if i ever recieve my order i will not be ordering again.atleast be honest when you mess people around.”

“Products still not received, numerous chase emails. Lots of other reviews saying atrocious company to order from, goods don’t turn up, money not refunded. Use chargeback through bank to get your money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID”
